Everything. Nothing.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so friendly. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The location was ok. There was a bus nearby, only a couple of minutes walk, but it seemed like that route required multiple transfers to get anywhere we wanted

Beautiful decor and excellent service.

his is a classy and refined hotel with a strong emphasis on impeccable service and outstanding food. The entire property is beautifully decorated with original artworks, and each room has its own unique character and theme. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. Breakfast offered an abundant selection of fresh, delicious food, and the complimentary afternoon tea, served with homemade cakes, was a welcome treat after a day of exploring this beautiful city. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its staff. Everyone provided warm, professional, and attentive service. Special thanks go to Milena at reception, who assisted us with every request, and to Natalie in the dining room, whose friendliness and graciousness made each day a pleasure. While the rooms and suites are individually designed and full of character, the hotel could pay more attention to the lack of storage space, particularly for guests staying longer. Our room, the Freud Suite, was also quite dark and would benefit from improved lighting.

Charming stall, friendly and beautifully dressed. The internal decoration is fabulous, must be seen. Very spacious, corridors, rooms, so much to discover, e.g. all contemporary art all over! Just a final detail, excellent bed and an ultralight cover!! I just loved it, it made be feel joyful and positive.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made every guest feel special. Each guest room was unique, giving each stay a slightly different flavor. Last but certainly not least, the breakfasts were phenomenal from the fresh-pressed orange juice to the made to order omelets. My main issue was with the faucet in our room. It was difficult to properly turn off and I even hurt my hand once or twice trying to get the knob in the off position.

The breakfast was outstanding, one of the high points of our vacation in Vienna. I particularly liked the breads, cakes, muesli and fruit compote. My wife loved the omelettes. An extra hook in the bathroom for the bathrobes would have been nice. Also when I first arrived it was a little confusing about where to check in. Maybe put a big sign at the bottom of the stairs saying reception is up one floor.

We loved every moment, every detail, every interaction, every bite of food, every sip of tea! Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was absolutely outstanding, and the food was amazing! The hotel is gorgeous, in such a perfect location. Thank you for a wonderful, truly wonderful experience. It was our first time in Vienna and we fell in love with this city, in no small way thanks to your guidance and hospitality. Not to mention, we had so much fun! From our early, slow breakfasts, to tea time and late night drinks at the bar, and taking it easy in our cozy room between touring the city! We will definitely come back to this city and I think we now consider the Altstadt our official home in Vienna, so we hope to see you again soon! - With love Jenna and Gabriel NOTHING! We loved it all!

The breakfast was generous and varied. The room was tidy but a bit small.

Absolutely loved breakfast and tea time in the afternoon. The staff was friendly, and the location was great.

Each staff member was exceptional! They were friendly and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make their guests feel special. I felt their positive attitude was infectious! Great management and staff! Our original room was classified as a medium size deluxe room, however when we arrived it was a very small room. The shower was too small for a medium sized person, That said, they found us an upgraded larger room that we managed perfectly for our 5 night stay. However, we did pay an charge which fortunately no issue.

Nothing

It makes me feel like home. Everything offered in this hotel exceed my expectations. Bravo. Around 10 to 15 walks to the old town attractions but it is a lot quieter and homy feel.

Incredibly unique with comfortable beds and art all around. Breakfast is amazing. And location is in a charming area with a much more local feeling. I stayed in a suite and it was fab. My husband and son stayed in a double room and found the room to be a bit small and bathroom a bit uncomfortable as for example the tub was too high.
