Location was unsafe and far from all attractions

Staff was pleasant. It was too hot inside. Even with AC on blasting all the time, nothing changed: as if we were standing outside in the sun. It was very hard to sleep, and we would've preferred to stay in the cool corridor or the lobby, rather than our room. The location was also a bit further than we imagined: it is outside of the center, you have to change a bus/metro line at least once on your way to the hotel to get to the closest stop. The rest was fine but in such a hot room you can't appreciate it.

We were told we would be compensated for our water not working. They lied, I have not been compensated for not being able to shower.

Excellent stay. Hotel is located near a train station, easy to get around. Would surely come again.

The pillows are too soft, and they only give one per person.

Rooms need to get soundproofed. There was a shared door between our room and the next door room, though locked, but we could hear everything from that room. Luckily, we and them were not in our rooms for long periods to bother each other.

Close to main train station, my second booking with breakfast is with good value. The first one without breakfast is average. Didn’t realize the hotel has a lot of tours booking as well so breakfast areas is quite busy. Fortunately the staffs are efficient in cleaning the tables Construction around the building making it a bit difficult to find at first

Good location within a tram ride to city center, comfortable clean beds, well equipped rooms, definitely would stay here again. Very nice selection of breakfast buffet to get your day started. The only minus was our rooms were facing the next door construction, so little bit noisy at times but quiet at night.

The bathroom was very clean. The sheets also clean. 24h reception, so the check in is really easy.

Staff is perfect! Fruit and tea selection at breakfast is great. The room is quiet, no noise from construction (our windows looked at the parking lot) To access gym you need to leave the property and enter a different door from outside. To use table tennis, you need to go back to reception to leave deposit and take rackets and the ball and go outside and inside again. The bed is not comfortable. We both had neck and shoulders stiffness in the morning.

I liked that the hotel offered parking, even if it was for a fee, because it was more convenient to have our car there than to walk with luggage. I asked for a room with 2 beds. I was given a room with two beds on a single frame. Basically like one bed. Also, there was a wadded up, presumably dirty, napkin under the desk when we arrived.

The room was very spacious and the entire facility was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options. Nothing.

It's my 4th time here. I think that speaks for itself. I'm always coming back :) Everything is nice, I love the hotel, and Ill keep coming back.
