Le Méridien Wien

Excellent location, opposite the Opera house and close to metro, bus and light train stations. Very nice food variety and service at breakfast. Big shower room. Coffee maker, cattle and a small refrigerator. Complimentary bottle of water every day. Very nice jacuzzi tub. Very narrow passages at the breakfast. Guests constantly forced to push each other. The shower head is fixed without possibility to use it with a hose. The pool is very short. Not suitable for swimming. The temperature of the saunas was not hot enough.

Accessibility to information and help when needed. The staff was knowledgeable, quick to help and find answers, and very accommodating. We loved the bar staff and their helpfulness. One night, we were out late and the bar staff left for us previously ordered dinner/appetizer even though it was past the time the kitchen was closing. Al’s, we loved the cleaning crew! They were great and very tactful. Our upgraded room! Thank you?

Good staff, nice food, good facilities

Every thing was perfect, location, stuff and room.

Location was very good, near to Karlsplatz from where you can travel to almost every main destination in Vienna. Breakfast was very well. Room was tidy and cleaned up every morning. Mini Bar in the room was empty, and you had to order if you need something to drink. Not every time you got a prompt response from front desk. I would prefer Mini Bar full with main drinks.

If you plan luxury stay at Vienna city center, then the hotel is best choice. The pool is alittle bit small and bathroom is a little hit complicated,

The location of the hotel is great when visiting the Opera House. Staff was all very kind and accommodating. We had 2 very relaxing nights after 2 busy days in Vienna. The TV was not a Smart TV so we couldn't stream but there were plenty of channels to choose from so it was okay.

From the the gate to the roof everything is perfect, I wasn’t rate full marks in my life except this time, in fact the hotel has changed my visit to Austria to a pleasant visit No parking belongs to the hotel, although a public parking very close to the hotel and has access to the main entrance

The roos was not clean at all. The glasses and towels are dirty

Perfectly located. Parks, restaurants, museums - everything in a walking distance. We came on a Eurovision weekend, so it was an amazing experience.

Room was a good size, all the staff were warm and welcoming, the hotel was centrally located with a lot of sights and food options nearby

The hotel was nice, typical big city hotel. Nothing special expect the staff. The staff were amazing. We loved the one front desk clerk with curly hair. We didn’t get her name, she is tall and beautiful. We had an issue with our TV and she quickly had someone fix it. The technician arrived at my door before me! The YOU restaurant staff were also really nice. The meals are really good. And the space was really relaxing. Breakfast is WORTH IT! I HATED the position of the BATHROOM. The doors to the bathroom are made of glass, so you can see inside. Ascetically pleasing, but not functional or comfortable. No privacy at all. Please change bathroom doors or bed positioning.

They didn't really care about my requests and wasn't happy at all with their customer service. This hotel in my opinion will go as a 3 star not 5 star at all.
