Location close to Schönbrunn, staff was very friendly, onsite parking

Close to schombrun and in quiet area. We found parking on the street Price vs quality was good The night we checked in the receptionist was a bit rude. The light in the room didn't work and we got a room change after 2 hours. The change was with a very dirty bathroom. At the check out we spoke with the manager and he was very ok with us.

Centrally located to Schönbrunn Palace and U4 Subway. The staff was very nice and helpful. A little dated but still comfortable. My bed could have been a little harder. Mattress felt a little dated

Decent Value. We found hair in food. Fridge did not work upon arrival and they did not fix it during our 5 day stay even after multiple complaints. Some of our snacks went bad and our drinks were warm. TV was stuck on a couple german channels. Lousy unsecured wi-fi. No free parking.

Hotel was very good. It was close to the S-bahn station and Schonbrunn Palace. Traffic noise at times from the street below.

Friendly helpful staff, great hot breakfast and clean comfortable room. 4 min walk to Ubahn station. Road traffic was noisy at times if window was open.
