Close to transit station and plenty of great restaurants

the place is close to downtown and pretty close to U-bahn, train and bus stations, grocery stores, good eating places around it and mostly safe. Although, you will hear the tram thunder at times.

Garden The room was not soundproof

This is a 3-star hotel, but in my view, it easily beats many 4-star hotels I've been to. In the heatwave days of the early summer of 2026, the air-conditioning was a blessing: 1) working well all around the hotel (including the comfortable lobby), as well as in the rooms and most importantly 2) it's quiet so even a light sleeper can rest just fine. That is a HUGE plus in my book (many hotels have a loud (or extremely loud) airco so that a light sleeper has no chance to get a good night's sleep. Here, all was just fine) The room was spacious, the breakfast was really nice, I especially liked the choice of cheeses - another plus point. The staff was nice, the late check-in policy worked just fine for me, the location was just alright for my purposes (15-20 min brisk walk from the city center). All in all, very good experience and a good value for money. When I am in Vienna next time for business, I'll consider this hotel again. I have only one minor remark: a full-size mirror near the entrance door would be a welcome upgrade. The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom on the other side of the spacious room, which is not so convenient for the last check of one's looks on the way out the door.

Just a recommendation - It would be nice to have some additional toiletries and perhaps an electric kettle in the room.

Location is great, the staff very nice, its clean and relaxed place. I will go again.

breakfast and location

The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from the underground station/ train station, and tram station. The train for the airport goes from this station, excellent service, about €5 fare. The hotel was very pleasant, a little dated maybe but it did have a lift. Our room had all we needed for our week’s stay, my only quibble was that there was no refrigerator in the room. The rooms were cleaned every day. We went for the breakfast included option and it was very good. My travelling companion loved it as it definitely leaned towards the Austrian/ German forms of breakfast, but there was plenty of fruit, cereals, yogurt etc. Along with the cold meats there was scrambled egg. The staff in the dining room were incredibly pleasant and friendly. We were able to leave our bags in a room behind reception on the day of our departure which was great. The reception area also had an honesty bar. Nothing really, the rooms could probably do with a little freshen up.

Location cleanliness nice staff

Very comfy bed, the room is clean. It was a good light in the room and bathroom. The bathroom has a nice shower and was OK standard . We had windows towards the backyard, which was very nice and quiet. Nice art in common area . Good breakfast! Unfortunately, the backyard, which actually is a nice garden was reserved for smokers. So we could not open the window because the sigarett smell came into the room.?

Smooth stay

It is close to the metro station but not very friendly for solo travelers who tend to stay out late. It is still a bit far from everything.

Room was a little dated but was serviceable.

Room was more i expected... atmosphere and vibe suits to vienna.... so yes, i will stay here when in vienna

The TV was super small (15 to 20 inches) for the current age.
