The spacious suite. No elevator to the third floor.

We had some issues in our room which have been fixed after repetitive signals but not such a big deal.

Good room for a family of four (2 teenagers) Friendly staff

The guy on the reception was very helpful and very kind. The AC in the room 203 was very loud sowe couldn't use it while sleeping.
-
Maybe it could have been a bit bigger, but otherwise all was fine
-
Excellent facility, spacious room with kitchen facility. We had two beds in our room so was good for all 4 of us Nothing except that parking felt little expensive
-
Good quality bed and windows. Nice fixtures and strong ac. Would be nice if they explained you need to request the AC controller from the front desk to use

The location was very convenient, close to the West train station and two metro lines. It was a quiet yet lively neighborhood and the room itself was very comfortable, spacious and clean. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the room and with the feeling of comfort that I had staying in that room. Nothing, it was overall amazing.

It seemed like it was an apartment complex in a hotel.
-
The location was good The bed was so small and the mattress was very uncomfortable and old.
-
The toilet was separate from the bathroom which was a discomfort. The toilet trash bid was not emptied during the stay, although the cleaning staff tidied up the room daily. The pillows were really soft, but this might be a personal preference.

Great stay friendly staff great location thank you for the complimentary breakfast
-
Good value for the cost and well situated . Windows had zero view and no morning coffee provided, unusual

I liked the location so much. Very central and in a lively area just 5 mins away from Westbabhof metrostation and lots of nice shops around & also all types of restaurants in Mariahilfer street. The room size was okay for person and the bathroom was very clean. The room did not have a fridge but the staff were very helpful in everyway possible where they suggested leaving my food in the main fridge and were always available for providing support & replying questions. The bed cover was very short and small. It was okay for me as Im not so tall but I think the bed cover is for kids and not for adults. Please consider changing it.

Nothing Although the staff were friendly and helpful, we were very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are extremely small, and the hotel itself is very old and poorly maintained. The beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and worn out. Even the towels were old and torn from excessive use. The location is also very poor. There are many homeless people and individuals struggling with substance abuse in the area, and you may feel uncomfortable walking around as some may approach you unexpectedly. While we were sitting at the hotel, a homeless man who appeared to be under the influence approached us and asked for cigarettes. What was particularly disappointing was that a waiter who witnessed the situation simply walked away instead of offering any assistance. We chose this hotel based on the positive reviews, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
