Very comfortable hotel with amazing location in Verona ! The hotel team is excellent and always available for any request. The rooftop offers an amazing point of view as well as an excellent restaurant ! Must be tested during your stay !

Brilliant location for Verona and the Arena especially. The staff were excellent, really polite, helpful and pleased to be able to help. Amazed that the bedding and towels were changed daily. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked and tasty. The terrace bar was a bonus. The rooms were a little small but comfortable and equipped with the essentials.

Location, staff on the second day of mt stay, design of large room. Flexible to guests, when I sad that room is to small-staff dud all to uodate it. At check-in, the staff member in charge of the night shift appeared distracted and was busy helping some local girls outside the hotel. As a result, I had to park at the Citadele parking area and walk approximately 10–15 minutes to the hotel with my luggage. I found his attitude rather careless and felt that arriving guests were not given the attention or assistance they should receive. This made my first impression of the hotel quite disappointing.
