I didn't like the way to access the parking lot. To both leave and enter we must get out of the car to request access with a bell on a wall far from the car. It makes me high risk because arriving very late and one exposes oneself especially when entering.

I liked everything overall, it was a pleasant experience. The pool was pretty great and they had plenty of towels for the pool. Great view from a top balcony and the room was all in all decent. It was definitely a hidden gem for me. The check in process took to long. I'm a quick and swift type of person and this just held me back a small amount of time, too manual with paperwork to sign and fill out. I understand procedures, but I figured I'd have that down by booking with this site, apparently not. I have no review on the kitchen since I didn't eat there.

Limpieza Early check-in even with a fee would be nice. My flight arrived at 7am, my room was ready at 2PM. Air conditioning equipment did not have enough power to cool the room enough.

The value, safe in the room, relative proximity to the centro. It’s either 40 pesos taxi ride or 15 min walk to local attractions. Swimming pool needs new volleyball net. Or just get rid of it altogether. ))

Spacious, bright and clean room with a balcony and a large and very comfortable bed. Bathroom with a high pressure shower head. There was a kitchen in the room but you must pay an extra fee (60 pesos per night) to have plates and cutlery. The TV wasn't Smart and didn't support USB cables.

The hotel is very clean, quiet, good location and the staff were all very helpful! Very nice Pool area. Great value for the money. I rented a room with kitchen, while they provide plates, you have to rent separately anything to cool with (pots/pans). This was a surprise to me and doesn’t make sense. They should provide the cooking basics with the room if there is a kitchen.
