Affordable stay, parking was easy, ac was amazing! Only downside was the floors were disgusting, we ended up wearing our clean flip flops around room

It was a fine place to stay near the airport. It was mostly very clean except for the floor that made my feet black. Also the front desk is only open from 9 am to 10 pm which is not ideal for a hotel near the airport.

Pleasant staff, Comfortable rooms, good location. The only complaint my family had was the water pressure of the shower. It was very, very light. Shower pressure.

Nothing The worker was extremely rude and inconsiderate! They over booked and when I arrived at 9 pm they told me they just simply didn’t have a room even though I had already prepaid for our room. And to top it off there were no other rooms at any hotel in the city of Vancouver. And I had to wait 12 days for my money to be returned. Shitty experience and shitty customer service!

They overbooked the rooms and didnt have a room for us so we did not stay there jt was oh sorry not our problem we didnt have a room regardless of booking 10 days in advance

Unable to check in even though we had paid for

Room floor was soaking wet. Took a long time to dry. Bed not at all comfortable. Toilet plugged up and no one helped. Had to self service and it took a long time to clear. Room was large was the only positive. Would not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly when I checked in There is a hole in the bathroom door, a patch on the shower/tub wall. Bathroom sink didn’t drain bathtub wouldn’t plug drawer in the desk didn’t open and close effectively. There was a dirt and hair on the bathroom floor around the tub.
