The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a little bar of soap for the sink since it was outside the bathroom. Also, it would have been nice to have more breakfast options since everything had sugar in it.

No coffee maker. No Kleenex. Sub par towels. Poor water pressure. Pool water was cloudy, even first thing in the morning. Breakfast not much. Good yogurt. Would not recommend.

the stay was amazing me and my bf Thomas really enjoyed it a lot my only two problems I had was the shower being too short the water was not getting caught at all and going on the floor that was a very bad slipping hazard and the second problem i had was the roku part of the TV never worked at all we even tried buying a roku stick and remote and that didn't even work

Property and room were fine. Property is 2 stories and does not have an elevator!

Also, the TV, microwave, and fridge seemed to be controlled by the light switch next to the door from the hallway so none of those items worked when the entry light was turned off.

The hotel is old. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the TV quality was bad. Would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, including bedding.

The woman at the front desk offered me a different room, but the only one available was not large enough for my family. She provided us with some clean sheets, which we changed ourselves. She told me that I was the third person who had come to the front desk that day to say that my room had not been cleaned and that it was a regular occurrence there. STAY AWAY!

No elevator to get to 2nd story. Lugging luggage and the climbing carpeted steps when it was hot and humid outside.

We didn't get to stay they said they had no rooms available and still need my refund that was 175 and we had to find another place to stay took us till 2 in the morning before we found a place that was fully booked very unexceptable

Everything was as I expected — good quality room, friendly staff, refreshing pool. Nearby food, groceries, etc. A bit far from downtown Valparaiso.

Our stay was great. No frills but very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Just what we needed.

It was dirty, heavy musty smell in hallway and room, bathroom not cleaned, people hanging around the motel giving us uncomfortable staring

This place met my basic needs. The evening staff were not very friendly or helpful. When I called with a question about getting the TV to work, he said he couldn’t help, it was basically a hassle to switch rooms, and I should just leave a bad review. I never did get the tv to work. There was also a strange smell that the AC wall unit only somewhat helped with.
