Loved the attention to detail. The decor, the extra blankets, staff restocking the firewood, providing a fire starter, the pool. The temperature of the water in the shower. It was either too hot or too cold.

Arrived at the property late at night with great difficulty. No hot water. In the morning realized that property is unfinished (just some bungalows on a dirt patch with a detached pool). Hot water was finally fixed on the day of departure. When I suggested that at least partial compensation was in order (mostly due to the lack of hot water) they ignored me and then refused my request. Hugely overpriced for what it is even if I could ignore the lack of hot water. Very poor service (they refuse to answer the phone - communicate via text only). I can only assume that this is because I an not the first unhappy costumer.

This is a hidden gem! The bungalows are comfortable and very quiet. Each unit has its own fire pit ready for use with lighter and wood. Rooms are well appointed. The pool is beautiful. It’s a bit hard to find, but isn’t everything in Valle? There are no signs to direct you while you’re bumping down the dirt road. ONLY USE THE DIRECTIONS THAT THEY SEND YOU!! If you’re close to the town, you’re in the wrong location! San Sebastián is directly across from tres vidas and hacienda seven amores.

power outage last day, couldn’t get into property first night and management never contact me and I couldn’t contact them in this emergency situation unable to contact management

the location is a little confusing to get to and the pot holes wrecked my car

super clean and spacious more comfortable twin beds. those were HARD to lay on. the heater didn't really work. and the road to the finca was very bad. lots of dirt holes i imagine cause it had been raining but what should have been a 4 min drive into the finca was actually about 15.
