Great boutique hotel in a wonderful location in old town. I got upgraded--free of charge-- to a supreme room which was very spacious with a great bed. The buffet breakfast in the morning is terrific. Highly recommend! Nothing

Not a good value for the price paid. Poor soundproofing between rooms, noise from lobby, hallway. Mini bar was warm. Not even cool. Could improve pillow quality. Could provide toilet brush, tissues. No way to avoid getting bathroom completely wet taking a shower. I’ll look elsewhere to stay if I visit the city again.

Great Location, clean rooms and bathroom, AC good, friendly and helpful staff

Great location for exploring the old town. Clean, modern, comfortable room with large bed and good clean shower. All València hotels are super expensive but this was one of the lower priced ones. Glad we chose it. Nothing

Wrote ahead to confirm whether there was a laundry service available, but upon arrival learned it was not available during weekends (which was most of my stay) and ended up paying an extra fee to have laundry expedited on my last day. Paid extra for view of the Cathedral, but Cathedral was under renovation and mostly covered up.

Great city break from Ireland, staff was excellent Falls festival fireworks can be loud perhaps don't rest during it as most hotels in city centre can hear it very loudly

Great location. Good facility to keep suitcases before checking in and after checking out. A good range of breakfast food. Staff generally very helpful Room were smaller than i had hoped. Didn't seem to match picture of upgraded room I had paid for Staff could have been more efficient in topping up shower gel which wasn't done during our stay despite asking. A choice of eggs for breakfast would have been good. The scrambled egg was often hard & not freshly cooked.

Nice clean rooms, very good location, we loved our stay.

The room was just the right size, very comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Staff was nice and helpful. Location is perfect. Overall it's a lovely hotel. There is no sound proofing between rooms. You can hear a conversation and even other people snoring in the room next to ours. It wouldn’t be a problem if some people didn’t talk at 6:30 a.m. on holidays!

Location Rooms are a bit tired looking now .. needs a bit of attention.

Location and room was quite large

Nice and clean hotel next to the incredibly beautiful building of the Porcelain Museum, with easy access to the old town and new town areas of Valencia. Housekeeping is exceptional and staff are kind and thoughtful to children. The washbasin in the bathroom is a little shallow and some aesthetics can be improved but this does not significantly affect the overall comfort.

Good Water was low

Location for walking about and seeing the local population and sites really first class. Glorious view from our bedroom. Nitpicking here but the floral carpet in public areas could have a shampoo and I don't understand why there is a board across the top of the bed. For someone tall it might not matter but for someone shorter like me, it's difficult to sit up and read in bed.

We really enjoyed our stay and overall everything was great. The only small suggestions for improvement would be the overhead shelf/headboard above the bed, which was a bit low and made it uncomfortable to sit up, and the bathroom sink faucet, which was quite short, causing hands to touch the basin while washing. Other than these minor points, we were very happy with our experience.

There is a restaurant inside the hotel, and the people who eat there tend to wander around quite a bit, including children shouting loudly in the hallways and on the stairs. This prevents guests closer to the stairs from resting. This was very unpleasant.

Staff of sunday october 19 was awful. Did not help us with taxi and refused ti call the supervisor. Was antipathic. Overall experience was bad. Would never recommend this hotel. There are not enough words to describe this experience. See above.

Location. The location made walking the area very convenient. I would have liked to see something, ANYTHING, pleasant outside my window. Unpleasant view, many random noises
-
Easy to navigate to property and surrounding areas. Photos a bit deceiving. Fish eye lense makes things look larger than they are but facilities acceptable.
-
Bathroom. The shower was “open” and basically the water was all around the bathroom.
