No major compaints. A couple of tiny compaints: It would be nice if the room service remembered the bed preference and didn't keep tucking the bed in :) In the room, there was no instant coffee powder
-
Great location. Nothing bad.

Staff was very helpful and particularly Irene who had great recommendations for the restaurants and who looked after us very well. The rooms did not have any coffee or tea facilities.

Great hotel , clean and nice. Only 15 minutes walking from center.
-
Great staff ans comfortable amenities
-
The room was super clean, quite large, nice toilet products, comfy bed, a large desk to work, a fridge The breakfast was rich with both sweet and salty staff. Very kind staff. I suggest to put signs on the breakfast next to each plate with potential allergens
-
Very clean comfortable beds! I wish it had coffee machine and tea making!

Water temperaturevin the shower is either biking hot or freezing cold and then oscillating between the two extremes. Strong unpleasantn odour from the sink and in the hallway. Pretty mediocre breakfast and too crowded at times. Cleanliness has to be greatly improved. It clearly was a great hotel in the past but now needs renovations.

The location was easy to reach the center of Valencia. The staff were wonderful- helped with maps and excellent restaurants for paella. Liked everything

The breakfast was incredible and the staff was very helpful

Really nice room with a large bathroom and kettle in the room. Blackout curtains provided privacy and comfortable sleeping conditions. Very poor selection of TV channels - not even CNN/CNBC/Fox.

Could improve cleaning and needs some refurbishment and rennovation.

No coffee machine in the room

The breakfast was nice, lots of variety. But there was a strange taste in all cooked foods, maybe it is a spice or the oil they use in the kitchen. I had the same experience when I had dinner at the hotel, there was a strange taste in my meal I couldn't really identify that was not very pleasant. Everything. I had one of the worst experiences of my life while staying with them. They put me in a room that was 26 degrees inside. I complained, the girl said she would turn the heating off. I had dinner, went back, the room was 27 degrees (hotter). I opened the windows, extremely noisy outside and bugs started coming inside. On top of that, very spotty wifi, I couldn't connect any of my devices, and when I did, it would barely work and disconnect after a few minutes. I tried to sleep but couldn't, so I went back to reception (this was around 10 pm). I mentioned the room was hotter and the wifi did not work and asked for a new room. The girl was about to do that, when her colleague interrupted her, started talking, did not let her finish her explanation of what my complaints were about, and just said I should get back to my room because he would fix the temperature, but I had to wait 30 minutes (???). He also said if I wanted internet, I had to go back to reception with my devices so that he could connect them (??????). I went back, already furious, but waited 20 minutes. Nothing happened, room is still hot. Call reception and he says I should go back downstairs so he could give me a new room. This is ridiculous. They should come meet me with a new key, I was already going back and forth many times and it was late in the evening, I had traveled all day and was very tired. I was there for work and had an early start in the morning. But I go back to the reception because I want my new room. The girl looks puzzled and says her colleague had gone upstairs to meet me, to which I replied the guy told me on the phone I had to come downstairs. At this stage I lost it, because the guy's attitude was very disrespectful. The girl gives me a new room. I go to my new room, it is 27 degrees insde (seriously.... this is something they can check in the system. Why send me to another sauna??).

Location is in a residential neighborhood which we liked. Nothing
-
A bit far from the center but transportation is great especially busses. And in few stops you can rich center and beach. We bought a tourist transportation card with unlimited bus and metro. And it's great .

I don't like that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. A 4-star hotel should always have that in the room

Very good
