The apartment is small but comfortable and well equipped. Attentive staff. Good security. Option to arrange parking for a fee, but we were able to find street parking just outside. A few nearby restaurants. A bit far to walk to the sights. Great place to explore by bike.

Checking in was an absolute nightmare. Despite registering on their website as requested, the access code provided simply didn't work. I tried contacting support, but they were incredibly slow to respond to both messages and calls. It took over an hour of waiting and a lot of unnecessary stress just to get inside. The lack of reliable communication and the faulty entry system ruined the start of my trip.

Stylish new studio apartment, very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, smart TV, kettle. Coffee machine and toaster. We paid for underground secure parking, which was easy to access. Great cafe/patisserie under the apartments, lovely staff and delicious food. We didn't go into Valencia but bus stops just across the road. 10/15 minutes walk round the corner to a mercadona

Privacy due to apartment style Property is next to construction zone so had to take detour for access. Soda bed was not clean and kitchen sink was smelling. When told about bed and sink nothing was done. There were no cereal bowl in kitchen for kids to eat. Also toilet papers were not enough and there is no one at property on wee hours to help so had get ourself from store.

We didn’t have hot water all the days. Some days the water was good just for a short shower. Although the property is in A area, it’s aprox 30 minutes with public transportation from the city centre.

Everything was perfect!

It's very new, very good facilities, comfortable bed and good kitchen size with everything needed. There is a construction infront of the hotel, it is not loud even during the day, but the street is closed and it is harder for parking and for walking, but nothing too bad.

It's an aparthotel on one entire floor in a residential building with a separate entrance. Nothing fancy, but does the job properly. The location is kind of far from city center, a 45 minutes walk through a not so nice neighborhood. There are buildings under construction very close but during our stay there wasn't any significant noise, just more complicated car access and visual discomfort.

Was clean and functional Nothing. Construction outside. But was not too noisy inside.

It was very clean and well-organised, we had everything we needed for our 3-day stay and more. It is well equipped for a longer stay with cutlery, towels, coffee machine, stove. Really close to a bus stop and a supermarket. I felt a bit uneasy about the fact that there were no receprion desk and staff on site, but it worked out just fine. We were assisted through the phone efficiently and fast. There are currently building sites around and it’s a bit noisy and messy, but it did not bother me.

The appartment was clean and cosy I was not able to gain the Wi-Fi password as nobody reacted to my email and there was no information in the appartment

Rooms are a good size and are very quiet. Road works make getting to property difficult if you’re driving. We arrived on a Sunday and had paid for parking, there was no way for us to enter the garage without a remote control which hadn’t been left for us. The number to call for assistance was unavailable. It was only by hunting on the internet that I found another number. In fairness they responded fairly quickly and sorted the problem out.
