It was accessable for the things we wanted to do. There was nothing to dislike.

The location was convenient and well connected, making it easy to get around. Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The room I was given had a very small window with almost no ventilation, and it was quite hot. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the noise from the air-conditioning units continued throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. I asked to change rooms and was told at night that this would be possible the next day. However, the following day I was informed that the hotel was fully booked. The towels and bed linen also seemed quite old, and the breakfast was very basic with limited choice. There may be better rooms in the hotel, but I can only comment on the room I was given, and unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory.

Our stay was completely unacceptable from start to finish. We booked a queen room for a couple and a single room for a friend. Not only were room configurations disregarded, forcing us to rearrange beds directly beneath hazardous low-hanging lamps, but the cleanliness standards were deplorable. The room was dirty, moldy, and infested with insects. The situation escalated into a severe safety failure when the lock on my friend’s room malfunctioned, trapping him inside for 90 full minutes before staff could free him. This completely ruined our evening plans. While the initial front desk worker attempted to help and verbally promised compensation the following morning, the daytime reception manager showed complete hostility. When we approached management the next morning, the reception manager was aggressive, completely dismissed the safety hazard, refused any reimbursement or solution, and ultimately threw us out of the hotel after an argument. To make matters worse, he refused to provide his name or identification to avoid accountability for a formal complaint. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Between the lock failures, mold, insects, and abusive management, it is an absolute safety risk and a disaster of customer service.

Very comfortable pillows. Very close to street with a lot of trees - good for waling to the beach or to the city center. Working AC. Almost soundproof walls. Very good food. The restaurant closed for two days.

Very friendly staff. Huge room, very comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. Good location for public transport. Air conditioning in the room placed well so that it does not blow the air directly on the beds. Bathroom needs some small repairs. Bad smell in the lobby area - mould?

We had a great stay. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Although our room faced a busy street, the windows provided excellent sound insulation, so the street noise did not disturb us at all. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation. There were a few spots of mould in some areas, but considering Valencia’s warm and humid climate, this seems to be a difficult issue to avoid completely, and overall the hotel appeared to handle it quite well.

The staff were lovely and friendly from the front desk to our cleaner on the first floor. The breakfast offering was nice and reasonable Location for us was poor - quite a long walk into the hustle and bustle of the centre of town The room was fairly old , the tv only had spanish channels without the ability to connect to phone / YouTube etc. there was no fridge in the room - we were told we could hire one for 12 euro per day. Our safe didn’t work. The shower flooded our bathroom and bedroom every-time we used it. The beds however were comfortable and our room was kept clean
