The property was located next to the train station and well placed from which to site see around the city. The staff were courteous and efficient. The breakfast buffet had many choices of food and everything was fresh. Super convenient to take the train to Barcelona.

the north train station is under construction. so it is a bit noisy when its day time.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and surprisingly very quiet for the centro. Location was great and I would highly recommend! The gym could use a little attention.

The location is just across the train station and walking distance to most of the attractions in Valencia. The hotel room was huge , clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. Nothing at all

Nice location to walk everywhere and next to train station. Shower was nice! Single Room was comfy for me and spacious. Pillows could be upgraded, and it was a little expensive.

I had to leave the room in order to clean it. Standing eggs and bacon were lukewarm.

Nothing. I checked in and checked out within the hour. That says everything. This hotel is absolutely not worthy of a 4-star rating. It barely qualifies as a 2-star. The room I was given smelled musty and old, like it hadn’t been properly ventilated or cleaned in years. Even worse there was visible mold in the room. Mold! That’s not just disgusting, it’s a health hazard. The entire hotel feels outdated and neglected. The furniture is old, the decor is depressing, and there’s a general sense of decay throughout. To top it off, they handed me a cheap piece of paper as the “room key” what kind of 4-star hotel does that? (Like a parking ticket) I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this one is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real hotel. This is a clear case of false advertising. False advertisement for a non existence 4 star hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the train station and most of the city attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast would be more perfect if there were more green salad options.
