Very well located with access to immediate shopping. We were able to access taxis close by so they could take us to the areas we wanted to visit. The quality of the food from the restaurant was not the best, although the attention from the servers was excellent.

The location was great it’s on top of a huge shopping malls and restaurants The room was not that clean my kid had bad dust allergy and it was suffering during her stay. The reception during check in was not helpful we arrived 3pm sharp for our check in but the room was only ready later. We waited for an hour and ended up going to a restaurant as it was just taking forever

The location was really good. I’d definitely stay on this location if I came back but not in this hotel Bed was comfy Cleaning staff were friendly Service by majority of front desk people. Found them to be a bit unfriendly. I mentioned it was my boyfriend’s birthday and they didn’t say anything. Facilities could’ve been better. Breakfast lots of options but didn’t taste great Sewage smell in room We moved rooms due to sewage smell and it was the same room but had things in we didn’t have in our other room such as toothbrush, conditioner, lotion etc. Plug socket on only one side of bed, meant I had to charge my phone across other side of room

The location is amazing The rooms were not clean . Specially the furniture . The hallway carpet was very dirty. Just need to get it steamed cleaned regularly . It’s a four star hotel but the cleanliness was more of a 3 star

Location Price We booked 2 identical rooms but the standard and facilities in each were not the same. No mini bar, kettle, tea coffee or additional toiletries in the one on third floor Also housekeeping didn’t happen everyday on 3rd floor, just very poor attention to detail On the eighth floor the Air conditioning was loud and didn’t work very well, the room only cooled down when the window was opened Floor 8 was very hot from the minute you stepped out of the lift Standards on eighth floor were much better

The rooms felt stale. No circulation in the room. Maybe obtain small fans for customers who need to have cooler rooms

All of the above. At one moment I called reception in the evening various times and nobody picked up nore a call was returned.
