Location, easy to move around, close to Oceanographic and shopping center. Good breakfast Narros Bathtub and no complete door, but plenty pr water.

Just a minor complaint, asked much beforehand for an early check-in but did not got any reply until we arrived, and we were denied early check-in. To make matters more unpleasant we were checked in an hour later than the advertised check-in time.

Exceptional hospitality! Even though it was just a one-night stay, we enjoyed it thoroughly thanks to the super polite reception team. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. My kids were overjoyed because the hotel kindly let us use the pool after checkout. Thank you for making our stay so special! Our room was located directly opposite the elevator, so we noticed some noise from people coming and going late at night and early in the morning. Fortunately, the kids slept soundly through it, but light sleepers might want to request a room further down the hall.

Room size is at the limit if you are using it for 2 adults and 2 children. On Breakfast there are not to many options of food, although there are plenty of sweets and fruits.

The stay was good overall, but one small downside was that there was only one chair in the room for two guests, which was a bit inconvenient.

Very good location and baggage storage availability. It's located close to Ciudad de las Ciencias which makes it a great starting point for a tour around Valencia. There wasn't much to dislike. It's a very good location, and the staff were very helpful with baggage storage while the room was getting ready. The only thing I thought could have been a bit better is that there is no shower door, only a glass panel covering about half the bathtub so the water can spray on the bathroom floor making it slippery when getting out so you have to be careful. Other than that it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia.

If they had a laundry facility and a gym, that would be nice. Not walking distance to city center, but very accessible to city center by buses and metros.
