Excellent room and good location.

The room was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were also very nice and contributed to a comfortable experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options that changed each morning. Despite the daily changes, the selection consistently met my expectations and offered something for everyone. One aspect I did not like was the strong smell of garbage in the hallway on my floor. This was likely due to the very high temperatures during August. Fortunately, the odor did not affect the room itself, which remained clean and comfortable throughout my stay.

Overall it was a very good stay. Nice, comfortable room. Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and approachable.

The location is good, very commutable to the beach and the city centre via bus lines 4 and 92 and it takes around 20 mins to both sides. Wifi is very good all over the hotel. The building is probably new or renovated recently. Very elegant looking and quality furniture. Especially the storage areas in the room is a lot. The beddings are good quality. They informed us that they upgraded our room from confort to premium (wondering about the other room!). However, even if there was a large window in the photos of the confort room, this premium room has literally a single window which is may be even shorter than 50 cm length! And it is opening to the wrong direction (toward to the room rather than the wall). We spent serious effort to dry our swimwears, towels and clothes (I made a unique setup for this outside the tiny window as on the photo!). This city is hot and humid enough (even the AC was dripping water inside the room), so how come an architect build such a room with that window! If you have asthma, you won't be able to breath. We had to leave that tiny window open 24/7. This is the first time we have seen a hotel with a breakfast closing time as 10:00. Guys, people are having holiday and should not need to get up at 8-9 to have a proper breakfast! And the lady staff (who are very rude at the breakfast area) lock (yes they lock!) the breakfast room sharply at 10! This is like a joke. One day, the one who can speak English was telling people that they will close the breakfast at 10 (it was 5 to 10 at that moment) and I said (ironicly) whether they would take my plate from the table at 10. And she said she did not know (seriously!) telling me that management sets the rules (rules??). Every hotel sets opening and closing times for breakfast for sure. However, this is not military and you can basically collect the food at the closing time (which can not be 10!) and people will just finish their food and get a coffee or tea in the meantime. Even the old lady starts cleaning (even washing by water) the area and the floors at 9:45! No amenities in the room except the shampoo, body wash and hand wash. Not even slippers. No lotion, no tooth paste, etc. There is a coffee machine but no kettle. They give you 4 capsules and do not replenish them.

I liked this warehouse conversation into a slick 4 star hotel within easy reach of the arts and science museum district. Had a good breakfast which was served in main building with access to the courtyard dining area. The bedrooms were comfortable. Staff were friendly The lighting in the corridor and particularly in the bedroom was intense. I don't know why? Also in the was only two controls for the light. Bedside light or all off for the rest of the lights. Lights in the corridor and steps were also intense. After a long day touring this light show is unnecessary.
