Good location if you’re going to Ciudad de las Artes parking was tight (which for a modern building doesn’t seem justified) elevators took ages, only 3 for a big busy hotel is clearly insufficient (and you could see they didn’t move floors when you hit the call button, for some reason).

This hotel is fantastic! It has a great breakfast buffet that can handle many people - almost zero waiting for food or coffee! The rooms are well laid out and the bed is very comfortable. Great A/C (I visited in August). The staff are friendly and very helpful. The pool is tiny and the opening hours are rather limited. The shower water pressure could be stronger.

Good breakfast, close to the park, spacious room. Receptionist was nice. There were many things broken in the room: safe, curtains. One day the key didn’t work. There is also no proper door for the bathroom. There is no towels for beach. There are too few elevators, so you need to wait for it for 5-10 minutes. This all is weird given the hotel seems to be new.

Close to everything, beautiful building, moden design, nice suits, terrace with small refreshing pool and bar the pool is a bit too small in reality to compare to the photo. Toilets don’t have toilet brushes

Large room and bathroom. Modern and great views. There was no bath plug, so I couldn't take a bath!

We liked the location and proximity to the amenities. Lots of taxis available to get around. Only three lifts and there was often a queue!

The lounge area was okay as it smelt nice as you walked in but then again there was what seemed like a security guard stood around the main entrance area which again is odd for a hotel folks where meant to freely come in and out of. No flexibility whatsoever. TV was permanently set to Spanish. When I asked if they could change it to English I was told the TV stays in Spanish which is odd subjecting paying guests to the entire duration of their stay. There were mould and rust in the bathroom. Disgusting I spent the whole stay out of the hotel daily. Also, what was described as a small swimming pool upstairs was more like a jacuzzi for 4-6. Pretty disappointing
