Otel ürgüpte konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde fakat temizlik konusunda hiç iyi değildi. Yatak örtüsünün üstünde kum gibi bir şeyler vardı “tavandan dökülmüştür, bir şey olmaz” düşüncesiyle çırptım fakat sonra hem odanın önünde hem de odanın içinde küçük böcek ölüsüne ve maalesef bir tane de canlı hamam böceğine denk geldim. Böcekten çok korkan biri olduğum için bunları yaşamak çok tatsızdı. (Bu arada camlarda tel var fakat oda kapılarının altı açık.) Çalışan olarak gördüğümüz 2 kadın personelden nispeten daha genç olanı ve fiyat farkı ödeyerek oda değiştirme konusunda yardımcı olan otel sahibi abi çok saygılıydı fakat aynı şeyleri kahvaltı ile ilgilenen diğer abla için söyleyemeyiz. Kahvaltıda omlet alabilir miyiz dediğimizde “alamazsınız” dedi. Nasıl yani diye anlamlandıramadığımızda da “yani şöyle, alırsınız ama ücrete tabi” dedi. Ücrete tabi olması hiç sıkıntı değil zaten 150 tl şu an zincir kahvecilerde bir kahve parası fakat bunu söylemenin şekli bu değil maalesef kibarlık hiç yok. Açıkçası yer çok güzel ama maalesef bir işletme problemi var. İyi temizlenmiyor iyi denetlenmiyor. Bir de biz avluda kahvaltı yaparken üstümüze su geleceği belli olmasına rağmen aynı abla çatı temizleme kararı aldığı için yediğimiz içtiğimizin üstüne ve bizim üstümüze su gelme konusu var fakat ona hiç girmek istemiyor, yanlışlık olmuştur diye düsünmek istiyorum. Tekrar gelmem açıkçası tavsiye de etmiyorum. Her şeye rağmen resepsiyondaki abiye ve diğer hanımefendiye teşekkürler.

Die Unterkunft liegt keine 5 min. vom Busbahnhof entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Die Leute im Hotel super nett.

Great location, felt safe, super clean and owner and spouse were always available to make our stay comfortable. I had to decide between staying here and a hotel in Goreme. Not having been to Cappadocia before, I was unsure. However, happy to have chosen Hotel Elvan. The experience is more authentic both at the hotel and the neighborhood. The latter is also not overrun by tourists. Highly recommended.

I liked all the different areas and terraces in this hotel. It's been run by this family for many years and the decor is delightful but not overdone. Great views from the terraces, helpful hosts and alwaysa clean table at breakfast. It's easy to find restaurants a short walk away in the centre of Ürgüp. The hotel hosts were kind and helpful. Each room had a difference - view, balcony or not, terrace area, shape and size. The plants in the entrance courtyard were pretty. Everything neat and tidy and well run.

Очень холодно в номере. В душ вообще не зайти. В дверях щели. Т.е. если приезжать летом- все отлично. Для осени не рекомендовала бы.

If you don't need your toilet paper folded, your bed turned down and a chocolate on the pillow, this is a good choice. My room was neat, clean and cozy. Hasan provided attentive care, good advice and quick arrangements for a balloon trip. The breakfast was wholesome--I would have preferred some fruit--and served in the very nice central courtyard. Judging from the other guests' opinions, this is a good value.
