Revel Hotel Des Moines Urbandale, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

First, why put two Hiltons next to each other with similar names? It’s confusing. The parking lot are ridiculous.. you have to drive through a restaurant parking lot another hotel parking lot to get to this parking lot and they’re really aren’t enough spaces. Then on a Saturday the first Saturday of the Iowa State fair when all the hotels are filled, they decide to block off the road leading to the hotel for minor repairs to the road . Everything about this place was not conducive to comfort to ease or anything else. I’ll never stay here again.

Everything was great. Clean room and pet friendly. My only complaints are not enough parking. There is overflow parking though. Other than that we were really pleased. Breakfast was great.

The property was ok! I didn’t find the bread to be comfortable- a little lumpy! We didn’t get a chance to explore the amenities! We felt it wasn’t a good value for the cost!

I wish the beds were a little softer. Also, the location wasn’t the best for anyone looking for a sit down restaurant.

This place is clean, updated and a fun place to stay. The bar is beautiful. We will definitely not stay anywhere else but here when we go back to Des Moines.

I liked everything about our stay. When we checked in we were greeted by very friendly staff,
