A lot of staff members struggled when speaking English. Other than that, they were friendly and polite.

Location was perfect for Disney. Breakfast options were plentiful and a good mix of Western and Japanese. Hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely. Nothing.

Location had easy access to monorail and train station for trips to Tokyo The Buffett has the same food everyday .

Great location super comfortable rooms. Gave us some space after Tokyo and tiny rooms. Had to pay for the outside pool.

It was a great location. The lobby and overall hotel was great. The hallway we were on was old and outdated and smelled funky the pictures were deceiving that the rooms were updated and they weren’t. The lights went on spontaneously and woke us up the night before we went to Disney. It was an exhausting and confusing experience. I couldn’t get some of the lights to turn off.

The location to the monorail and the park was excellent. The rooms were really nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The hotel and restaurant staff was amazing! One of the 3 beds in our room was hard and a little uncomfortable. The food at the little restaurant was very good, but would’ve been better if the menu changed. We were very disappointed with the food at the dinner buffet on 6/1/26, considering that we paid more for it. The hallway leading to the Park wing looked very dark and uninviting. The carpet on little ramp in the hallway, leading to the elevators in the Park wing, was torn. We were under the impression that this was a brand new wing. For the amount that we paid to stay at this hotel, the maintenance of, specifically the hallways in the park wing, should’ve been better kept.

The property is excellent. The location is great, the room was wonderful …they always cleaned it every day. Breakfast amazing with a lot of variety of restaurants to choose from. Excellent staff

It was close enough to Disney that it was perfect for our family. It was a short walk or shuttle ride to the Bayside station. Everything was clean but a little outdated

Rooms were clean and comfortable. View was excellent and it was convenient to Disneyland! Would stay there again! It was the largest room we had in Japan. We had our luggage delivered to the hotel and it was waiting for us in the room. I was unaware you had to pay for the pool and it was only for a couple of hours.

The restaurants/buffet was good and the lobby areas were nice. I thought the room was pretty dated.

The size of the room. This property was chosen because it was part of Bonvoy, however if you book via third party, your status is completely void. We selected this hotel to be close to disney, but when asked the staff for disney information, ie. shuttle buses, access, early access, the staff were unknowledgeable. Upon our own resourcefulness we figured out what we needed, but by no help of the staff, probably wouldn't stay there again.

It is close to Disney Sea Rooms are very small & dirty
