Maihama View Hotel by HULIC

The new appliances were a huge plus, especially the washer. Traveling with a 1-year-old meant doing laundry almost every day because of outfit changes and little messes, so having a reliable washer made our stay so much easier. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommended! Everything was on point. No negative reviews at all. I will book again in our next Japan vacation.

Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms were well laid out. Shuttles were always on time. Staff very attentive. Rooms need more hooks for hanging wet towels and jackets and other stuff. You collect a lot of things during travel and there were not enough drawers and hooks to store stuff off the floors and counters. Also, laundry uses an app. But you cannot get full wifi in the laundry room which made it very difficult. Hope they can improve the wifi signal in the laundry room.

If your convenience store could have more ready made food that would have been very helpful for something quick for dinner options.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff were attentive and friendly, even remembering us and some of our preferences in the mornings. The laundry room uses coins or an app to do laundry. We tried the app but the wifi doesn’t work in the laundry room! The dryers were expensive (200yen for 15min).

The location was excellent if you're planning a Disney visit. Close to Disney hotels and great shuttle service. The room was comfortable and they were able to give us rooms next to each other. The breakfast time was crowded, especially if there are schools taking their Disney excursion. But the staff worked very quickly.

We were attending Disneyland and this accommodation is located very conveniently for this. The hotel is aged and the rooms are small. The food is overpriced for what it is. There is no where to go outside which is a real detractor and we tried but were told off! Needs an outdoor garden or similar.

Very large room and bathroom. Has free shuttles to monorail and to Maihama station. Staff are very friendly.

The hotel staff were so courteous and welcoming. Our room was always clean and taken cared of whenever we requested anything. Would be easier if there were more dinner options

It was close to everything we needed. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy! Staff was very helpful.

Love that it was so close to Disney and they had transportation to and from the parks. They also had a convenience store inside and so many amenities

The staff friendliness was exceptional, the transportation bus offered made traveling with 4 kids so easy and the luggage shipping option at the end of our stay was just icing on the cake.

Convenient and perfect for disney. Staff were excellent. Twice staying here because of the room width and bathing area. Just wish they had more convenience stores with more food selection.

Everything! We LOVED Everything about this hotel. Were coming back soon. That we had to go home. ? I miss Japan already.

I booked a family room with four beds. It was a tight fit, but comfortable enough. There's a shuttle bus to and from the park. Check in was easy, and staff were friendly, especially at the Disney shop and convenience store inside the hotel. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Tons of choices, quality food and drinks, and fun for the kids. Pillows were dreadful. Even my wife complained about waking up multiple times due to discomfort, and she can sleep soundly on rocks. We were also surprised to find cheap packets of instant coffee in the room instead of standard drip bags. For the price of the family room, the hotel can surely splurge for decent in-room coffee. It's not a deal breaker, but it's the small perks that make the price seem fairer.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and very close to Tokyo Disney Resort. The room was a good size, and had a lovely view over Tokyo bay. I liked the luggage delivery service to and from the park. Staff at the entrance greeted us politely every time we left or entered. Having a convenience store, bakery, and Disney shop on site was fantastic. The in-room fridge was useful - but note that it has a small dial inside, which may be on 0 when you arrive, it needs turning up to at least 4 to get it nice and cool. It's only a minor thing, but the shuttle bus stop at bayside station is shared with another hotel, which made waiting in the line a little confusing - we almost got on the wrong bus one time, and another night saw a very long line, but we weren't sure if the bus would be too busy or not until it actually came. However, the drivers were helpful, and it's easy enough to walk back to the hotel from there (less than 10 mins).
