It was a short walk to Disneysea. There was a Lawson just a short walk in the other direction. The area is very industrial and not at all in the Disney vibe, but this hotel made all the difference. We loved the leg massage in the room and the help-yourself amenities. Coffee and water always available in the lobby were great. We even had a view of the volcano and fireworks from outside our room door at night. The property itself is wonderful. Tons of construction and industrial atmosphere outside, but worth it for the price and proximity to the Disney parks.

Close to what we needed It was useful for what we needed as a family. Didnt know we needed to pay for breakfast. Breakfast was just okay not really worth the money, but it was alright.

Fantastic location. This really is a hidden gem for anyone going to Disney. The breakfast was great. As other reviewers have noted, the rooms are dated but for walking distance to Disney at this price you simply cannot beat it.

I loved how they had skin care packets for their customers. Staffs are really nice ☺️ I wish there was laundry service ?

location is perfect and near to Disneyland Tokyo, facilities is great - coffee machines, the massage machine in the room and also the toiletries.. was perfect and beyond expectation. The check out time is too early and very strict and it should be more flexible.

It has everything I needed. Staffs are friendly and reliable. Breakfast is 9/10 for me. Kids friendly. Amenities are free. Feet massager available inside the room!! Nothing!

If you’re there for Disneyland and/or DisneySea then this is the best place for the value. Either a 10-15 minute walk and you’re at the entrance. They have a free shuttle service but I would recommend walking due to the entrance lines. Staff is great and helpful. The breakfast is okay, but not great. I wouldn’t complain too much given the low price of it, but if you’re heading to Disneyland you could grab food on the way

Staff were super friendly and respectful. Clean rooms and nice bathrooms. Hotel location was a long walk to DisneySea. There wasn't any hotel transportation to the park. Property was difficult to reach for airport travelers; had to walk a long way through a gigantic parking lot to get to Parks and other Disney properties and transportation. Small rooms.

The staff were incredibly helpful. I had a question about my luggage forwarding and despite it not being the service provided by the hotel they still went out of their way to help. The bathroom for our room was a bit small (for reference me and my friend are both average size and 5'9/175cm) so be aware if you're taller/bigger. Other than that the room was perfect.
