Sheets has cigarette burn on them

Everything was decent. The room was nicer than expected. Staff is helpful ... One guy doesn't like having to make you a key when you need one which is an eye roller but not that serious! ... Other than that, no major complaints.

Room was dirty and had cockroaches. Furniture needed repair. The chair that was in the room was completely tearing apart, we didn't even want it in our room, told the staff, and wheeled it out by the garbage. No replacement was offered.

Clean room quiet place great air conditioning

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There were cockroaches in our room. They refused to give us a refund to stay elsewhere.

Room was fairly clean but bed sheets were not. Excessive guests noise, specially room next to mine. Transient family living there with three small children who kept screaming up until about 11:00 p.m.!! I called front desk and the screaming continued for 30 more minutes. Then at 1:30 a.m. a man starts banging on their door and screaming at the woman for personal issues that I do not want to go in detail because they are gross. There were a lot of small roaches roaming the bathroom and specially the bathtub. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was pleasant.

If you’re looking for something cheap and nice super 8 is the spot for sure

The place was dirty. We find some cockroaches. They smell so bad too many packs on the other rooms make a lot of noise. People make a lot of noise a lot of activity in the nighttime we cannot get comfortable to sleep.

Location is great. Place is clean. The staff is nice.

Absolutely nothing. I would never recommend this location. It had cockroaches visible in the bathroom. The floor was "fixed" with duct tape. The front door had damage on the outside.

Clean

To start, i have never given a bad review but i have to be honest about my booking. The staff asked my for $40 cash deposit, even though this was no where on their website. They said it was a new policy that just started that day, would not let me leave a credit card deposit, only cash. Booking.com called them and they said they would refund the full stay because I no longer felt comfortable there but they still charged me the first night even though I didn't stay. Also there were people doing drugs in the parking lot, hanging out and cat calling me. Do not stay here.

The entire room. Air was ineffective and the room was a sauna - there were holes in the wall, dirt on the floors and the bedding was stiff and hard.

I had a very pleasant time and both staff, that assisted me, were kind and helpful. The hotel room was nice and super clean. Basic room amenities, but that was okay with me. When you're in your room it's peaceful and they provide great cable choices and guest wi fi you don't need a password for. There's a soda machine and ice. I couldn't figure out the coffee machine. I loved having a mini fridge in my room and wonderful air-conditioning. Hotel is adjacent to everything you may want. San Biagios pizza is amazing and right across the street.

Bugs

I don’t think people can be trusted. Even if we payed top dollar, it doesn’t change the safety and security.

The continental breakfast was not impressive . Very little offered . Breakfast was was disappointing. Very limited service .
