Nightcap at Ocean Beach Hotel

Having no lift to the upper floor level, it was bit of difficult getting the suitcases down been a pensioner. The receptionist guy did help me to get the suitcases up.

The beds were wonderfully comfortable—warm, supportive, and just the right balance between firm and soft. The room was well equipped with everything you’d expect: cups, tea and coffee supplies, milk and water, an iron and ironing board, extra blankets, and a small bar fridge that kept food perfectly cold. The host was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The attached bistro offered good food and a large dining area suitable for families. Thank you for a great stay. No dishes / Utensil which would be useful

The room was clean with comfy beds, and on check in we were given two free drink vouchers to use at the restaurant/bar that was connected to the accommodation below. Bathroom was clean and very spacious. Great location being at the centre of Umina town and close to restaurants and major supermarket chain. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A plus with free onsite car park. Handy with the restaurant/bar downstairs - great food Our room view wasn't as pleasant seeing rooftops of the building, but this did not bother us as we were out most of the time and only returned to sleep in the room.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Room 2 was excellent. Room 11 the Family Room was good. No lift. Not enough body wash, shampoo or conditioner.

The staff was very helpuf, the location (near supermarket and 1 block away from the beach) was great to get to Ethalong beaches and services and Umina beach. It can be very noisy, our window was above the exterior seating area and during one of our nights there was a loud live music event.

Bar downstairs was very lively and a lot of fun. The room itself was decent enough for what we needed and price was great for what we got. Check in was simple enough as well

Allowed late check in and easy checkout process Couldn't find the hairdryer, don't know if there was one.

Good location, nice food and friendly staff

Loud noise did not stop at midnight as was promised. Loud noise and screaming in the corridors up to 2:30am and again at 4:00am.

The location was as advertised and expected. The excess noise until 3 o'clock the morning from other guests and people from the downstairs pub.

The location. No disabled parking and you can only access rooms via stairs.

Just what we needed for a quick night stay. Easy to find, easy to check in and nice to get a free drink from the bar. The floor boards are quite creaky and the walls are thin so careful if you are a light sleeper.

It was close to the beach shops restaurants. Rey clean and the staff was very friendly.

Spacious room for a family. Comfy beds. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Perfect for a stopover on a roadtrip.
