Clean and near by everything but away from the chaos.

Clean room,friendly staff and very helpful as they even helped me to get a ride through their own phone and recommended a great restaurant to eat nearby

Water should be given more generously, as you cannot wash your teeth with the tap water. You get one small water bottle per person, but I think there should be more access to drinkable water. In the rooms, your need hangers, so that you hang your stuff. As well outside on the little terrace.

We stayed at Rate Lumbung Bukit during Nyepi, Bali’s silent day, which meant our first 24 hours were spent mostly at the resort. Luckily, we were still able to use the pool, and it turned out to be a peaceful, relaxing way to begin the trip. The chalet-style lumbungs are full of charm and made for a really unique stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a surprisingly handy little kitchen – we used it a few times, though it could benefit from a few more basic ingredients to cook with. The staff were genuinely kind and always tried to help, even though there were a few language barriers here and there. They also arranged a scooter for us at a fair rate, which made getting around really easy. We’d seen comments about thin walls, but we didn’t have any issues with sound. And being just a 5–10 minute ride from Uluwatu’s main cafes and beaches meant we had the best of both worlds – close to the action, but far enough to feel calm and tucked away. All in all, a really great and well-priced stay – would happily return. – The kitchen was a great addition, but it would’ve been great to have a few more basic ingredients or condiments provided – There were occasional communication challenges with the staff – nothing major

Love this little Lumbung for my accommodation for 4 nights. 8 Lumbungs in total around the lovely pool. A kitchen for use to prepare own meals but so many amazing restaurants. Best nights sleep in comfortable bed. Nothing at all.

The resort only has 8 villas and they are all very private. The pool is fabulous and the staff are incredible - friendly, kind and helpful. There’s no restaurant or bar. This place woukd be even better if there was morning coffee and food available.

Beautiful garden setting, private huts all facing the lovely warm pool. Very simple facilities, no breakfast provided, not easy walking distance to any shops or restaurants.

Location is perfect and the cabanas are cute Shower was cold, complained several times but nothing happened. Towels were stained, place wasn't very clean. For the price you pay- not ok.

The location, there is nothing at walking distance you should definitely rent a scooter. There was a gecko in the room that was entering and leaving. One member of the staff (the guy who was at the reception at the check out) stole 400k rp from us ; we gave him the full amount to double check it knowing that we have checked it twice my husband and I but we were naive by not checking the money in front of him and gave him the whole amount to check it himself and said 400k was missing. And we definitely know that it wasn’t missing he stole it. Anyways check your money in front of them before paying them.

The hotel was a nice place with about 8 of typical balinese huts. The hut itself was nice with a large bed, aircon, a mini refridgerator and a nice bath. The terrace had a table and a couch to sit on, but it was only 5 meter from the pool, so we rather stayed at the pool. The swimming pool was really great with a smaller, kids-depth pool and a larger, shoulder deep pool for adults. Going to the towncenter by foot was too far, but the hotel had scooters to rent for 100k per day and it only took 5 minutes there. The cutest thing above all were the 5 young born kittens belonging to the hotel owner's cat, which were so cute and playful. We didn't want to go but rather stay with the cats. There are some bugs and mosquitos around, so use the mosquito net. The net however already had some stains which were quite unpleasant.

Pool . Villas . That we could all be together and have our own villas . Kitchen was average . Staff didn’t speak or understand our English

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are comfortable enough. The location for us as a couple was not great. My partner surfs and if you don’t go and don’t ride a motorbike you are not in walking distance to anything. No coffee supplied no mini mart. I did not like the location. But the resort was nice.

It doesn’t look like the pictures. It’s outdated and the rooms are tired. They barely come and give you towels or clean the room. And the pool never gets cleaned either.
