The Mansion Resort Hotel & Spa

Location is ok There is so much maintenance that needs to be done. Hotel feels eery and desolated. Rooftop swimming pool has beer-bottles sitting for days. Breakfast is below par.

The hotel feels run down, with many things broken, and it no longer has the same joyful atmosphere it once had. We had dinner at the restaurant and were served what felt like a frozen pizza, which was really disappointing. There were several small things that left us upset, especially because this trip was meant to be a very special experience for our family — our first time in Bali together. Unfortunately, this may have been our last stay at this hotel.

I've been here a couple times. Staff are awesome. It's more active now with yoga classes. I liked the extra privacy on site before.

The property It’s ambience The staff The hotel charged too much for room service order. They billed 40,000 idr plus 20% tax for 2 bananas we ordered for the infant. Whereas there are available for 4,000 idr outside the premises Pls ask to hotel to be reasonable on this. Otherwise Excellent

The garden Whole 'resort' was a bit run down apart from the main building. Even though we got a deluxe room with tub, it was mouldy and the finishes were old. Quite noisy from the outside aircon unit as well. Definitelly Not what you would call a 5* hotel. The gardens were nice though.

Some of my property was stolen from the hotel by another guest and the hotel staff took minimal actions in getting my £200 air pods returned to me. As someone who doesn’t eat meat or eggs, the breakfast buffet was exceedingly limited and my partner who eats all food even said the pastry’s and cakes were dry/stale and the fruit was not refrigerated so was warm to eat if it had been sat out a while. Will not be returning to this hotel.

The Mansion Resort is a gorgeous property with a beautiful airy reception area with very helpful staff. The gardens and 5 pools are really beautiful. All the staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant, snack shop and gardeners) are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and convenient. I was in a beautiful spacious room. It's a large place and there are a lot of activities (retreats, parties, lunches) going on. It can be a lot. The restaurant menu and quality were mediocre (I was surprised when I ordered grilled scallops and 3 tiny scallops the size of small coins were brought).

The room was enormous. Beautifully set out and clean. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Gorgeous mansion style hotel. The public areas were run down. Pools not well kept, pool furniture mouldy and unusable. We didn’t use any of the pool or gardens as they were not pleasant.

The rooms were lovely and beds comfortable in the Villa's we stayed in. Unfortunately the water pooling/plumbing seemed to be a recurring issue with many showers. The grounds were spacious. The grounds were not maintained well at all compared to other places we had stayed. The entire hotel looked tired and many areas closed. This hotel doe not look like the pictures. The outdoor furnishings are old and were never clean. The breakfast was terrible. We had to go out every day despite paying for a buffet that did not supply the many fresh foods readily available. They market themselves as healthy and also vegetarian/vegan friendly, yet it ws only ever basic old looking pineapple and flavourless melon on table, despite walking out to the streets and being able to access a wide array of beautiful ripe fresh fruits. The only serial was like a co co pops (full of sugar). The dinner menu in our option was far too complex and the quality very poor and again, way too much fried food. We chose to eat out mostly when possible due to this also. They would be better reducing the enormous menu (which can only be frozen foods) they then cook and focus on a couple of dozen great fresh meals cooked well and with flavour. Sorry guys; but I we and many others felt the same about the food. It really does feel at this venue that it is used for EVENTS due to its size and therefore takes advantage of such and that there is little focus on the important things (particularly at the rate of $200AU / night). We wouldn't come back here or be able to recommend sorry.

Property is very tired and run down The pace has been run poorly no information given to guests, staff not helpful, rooms are damp and broken. Awful
