Beautiful modern and comfortable hotel stay.

Very nice hotel, staff are great. If I had any complaints it’s the valet only parking if you consider that a complaint. Otherwise the location is very nice.

Reception upgraded our room. Sleek modern spacious room. Robe and slippers were a plus. Coffee was bougie ☺️ Shower was huge with over head and detachable faucet. Valet system was convenient and efficient.

I have absolutely no complaints! Staff was friendly. The hotel lobby and entire room was spotless! The decor and just overall hotel had good vibes. Loved the balcony and the large tvs in the room. The hallway was quiet and I never heard my neighbors. The restaurant was expensive but very tasty food. I would absolutely stay there again and I would recommend to others!!

The scenery was great , the rooms were comfortable and amazing . Staff was excellent and the area was quiet and felt safe Wasn’t much to not like about the property .. only down side was no microwave in room

I really enjoyed my stay here. I arrived around 2:40 for 3 o’clock check-in, and I didn’t get notification that the room was ready until 4:30, which was very upsetting because I had somewhere to be at 3:30. Granted, they held our luggage for us and took it to our rooms because we couldn’t wait any longer. The room was beautiful, and room service was great. They had a hold on my card and ended up charging me incorrectly. A few days later, I had to call for a refund. Overall, this stay was great as far as the room being nice, but the check-in experience and their overcharge on my card for room service when we had a credit was slightly inconvenient.

There was a little confusion at first with the valet situation. I expected better communication from the front desk. When I came back down to inquire, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Maybe the previous individual was not as experienced. Just because a luggage cart was not available, my vehicle should not have been parked in the corner of the valet area for more than 15 min. When I came bk down to the lobby, there were 2 children swinging off an available cart. I was not given a valet ticket when I checked in. The front desk attendant told me to go on up to my room and the valet folks will bring my luggages up when a cart is available. After 15 minutes, I was nervous. Hence, why I came back down to the lobby.

Great place to stay everything is nice and clean and also anything u might need is close by
