price Too many problems with malfunctioning cardkeys. They did not freely provide towels of washrags. The room they gave me had readily visible damage. Especially the lampshades.

The worst I had ever seen. When we walked into the room smelled moldy and male urines as well. Sofa was so dirty like people ate there or not sure it was the urines. My husband and I couldn’t stayed there no more than 3 min, we couldn’t breathe. On top of that the $60 deposit we’re talking out of my account. I understand, I booked the room with Expedia, and the decision was ours to walk out and lose the money for the one night, but I didn’t guess Expedia partners with hotels with lower quality. The worst I have ever experienced with Expedia.

Nothing From the time we got there, it was issues With having to leave a deposit. But then we get to our room, and it smelled like straight mold, black mold, so they put us into another room, went to that room.And it was ten times worse. So I had to clean out the air conditioner unit to try to get some of the smell out , and then I had to unstop the tub because none of the water would go down. We get to breakfast and the man had nothing out but 2 packs of biscuits and sausages, some yogurt and Quaker oatmeal bars. It was horrible and I wish that they would refund me my money.

My fiancée and I will continue to support Executive Inn- Kilgore. The individuals who run the place go above and beyond relentlessly to ensure that we always receive quality customer service and the best amenities at an unbeatable price! $44 on Booking.com! That is what I am talking about...yes, sirree... I had no option to choose a smoking room. Forced to smoke outside, which is not very welcoming to smokers who room there. Maybe a smoking area outside or more smoking-available rooms for all?

Had to go to the desk for towels, and I was given one. No soap in the room, very weak Wi-Fi. Had to borrow a plunger to unclog toilet which had a lot of build up in it. "Breakfast" consisted of slightly coffee flavored water, and Little Debbie snacks, not even fruit or cereal available.

The property photos did match our room. The grounds photos were also edited. Our room was an entire ashtray with extremely outdated furniture and thrown together bedding. The room has bugs by the tub area. We left immediately and went to another hotel. It was dirty and dingy. Almost all the photos were altered

Only the price, that is it. Cleaner rooms. Had bed bugs, my skin got itchy. Bed was super bumpy and board was broken on one of the beds, bed covers had big stains on them. Beds looked like some one had sat on it and messed it up some. After being in the room for 18 mins. I packed up and left to front office. I told the office person what had happened and I requested to have my money back, the office person said that there is money back for me. I was not in the room for more than 20 mins. and apparently that was enough time to disqualify me for refunds. I am not happy and did not have a good experience and I would like my money back back!

Bed and the breakfast they say they have but it was oatmeal pies and chunk

I was there for a week , housekeeping never came to check room or anything that I may of needed. Car alarms going off every night management wouldn’t do anything. 100/10 DO NOT STAY HERE

It's an older property but it's nice and clean.

Parting a lot was kind of sketchy, junk all over the place. All of it pertaining to the hotel.

Very friendly staff Some of the furniture was broken and we only received one towel and one wash rag per person and had a sign saying we couldn't get a clean towel for 3 days also our remote control did not work and they had to replace that
