The spa had really nice saunas and pool Some rooms are not renovated and were very old and worn down. It looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. Staff were in general not polite and helpful. Generally annoyed with any questions or ordering in the restaurant. With half board they said there was bo table available in the main dining room and we had to sit in a corner where staff ran back and forward. Just not polite when you book half board.

Great location in the nature, the wellness was perfect. View from jacuzzi was amazing. Parking spot was free. The room doesn't correspond to the one, that you choose on Booking. We have booked room for 3 people and in the room specification there were photos of 1 double and 1 single bed. But when we arrived, there was 1 double bed and living room with couch instead. The staff probably wasn't aware of 3 people coming, so the couch was not even covered with sheets. Otherwise the room was ok, but we booked it because we wanted classic bed, not the couch.

Unusual and fantastic hotel SPA, located on 3 levels. Plus a jacuzzi on the roof with a beautiful view of the mountains. Excellent, tasteful dinners. The breakfasts were good, but not very diverse and unvaried (for a week the only hot meal for breakfast was scrambled and boiled eggs). Also, the rooms are clean, but already in need of refurbishment.

The location, style, food and staff Would have been nice if the wellness facilities were open a bit longer since we arrived late, but it is what it is
