Loved the cleanliness of the room, friendliness of the employees, excellent breakfast. Location very convenient, easy to walk to places of interest or travel a bit further by bus or by tram - I used tram # 15 to go to the Univ. of Turin every day. The receptionists will give you all the information. Hotel is in a rather quite zone, has protected entry. I felt safe day or night. N/a

A cozy place to stay. The environment is clean, well-organized, and quiet. The staff is impeccable—attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was good. We used room for a luggage storage before return flight.

Location, friendly staff, outstanding breakfast. The first room had rusty faucets, mold in the shower, and paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. The full-size bed was pushed up against the wall and took most of the space in the room. In addition, the mini split was noisy. We were unable to open the windows due to being right across from the garbage bins. After stating we were checking out after the first night of our four-night stay, the staff changed us to a superior room that was larger and renovated, our experience changed to outstanding. The second room was comfortable, quaint, quiet, and filled with Italian charm.

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located hotel with a beautiful view. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

all ok small TV no usb charger in wall soccet. heating is hard t, controll, no digital setup of temperature. Hard to go in, need 2 keys!

Especially, the fact that there was a water boiler in the room and the selection of teas. I was traveling with my 6 year old son and he was also noticed and smiled to by the hotel staff. It is important for such little people to feel seen :) Only the view. But somehow, this is always our luck in Torino, to be placed in the room with the view at the trashcans ?? We are frequent guests in Turin ?
