We had a great time in Tomato Urban Retreat, the staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was big, tasteful and very clean. Super nice common area. We will definitely come back if we are in Turin.

Great location near train station, most if not all sightseeing locations and museums are at a walkable distance. Very clean room and facilities, bins in the room were changed every day with the option to have the room cleaned too if needed. The private room we stayed in also included AC, which was a godsend. Staff we spoke to also understand/speak Spanish and English, which was also a blessing as I sadly dont know a lick of Italian. I forgot to ask names but you're all great The building has a small lift which saves you from carrying luggage up stairs. The water refill station in the lounge does sparkling water as well as still, which was great The countless good ratings are very justified.

The hostel is in a great location, the staff are very nice and were helpful with any queries I had, the rooms and common area was nice. The cafe is also very nice. The value was great overall

Excellent value for money, good location with many food options nearby, spacious toilet, good service recovery, comfortable bed, a small lift available for those living on upper floors. Air conditioning was not working in our first room and sleeping one summer night with hot air blowing at us was not great. We explained the situation to the reception and they mentioned that the A/C was shared across the rooms so if one of the rooms adjusted it up we will also receive the hot air. After they tried rectifying the situation, the A/C was still blowing hot air so they offered to change room for us. Props to the quick service recovery and the option to switch rooms even with full house. The water in the shower was also difficult to adjust. The warm water was not consistent and can suddenly turn very cold then very hot without any adjustment of the tap.

It was perfect for our short stay in the city. Good bathroom size. The window in the room wasn’t closing, something was broken…and it was very noisy.

The staff was exceptional. They really go above and beyond. There’s lots of pleasant common spaces. If you want a quiet sleep, ask in advance for an interior room

staff, location, coffee room and patio. although the access after the closing hours of the front desk due to an evening flight was very professionally solved and all worked well, a 24h reception would upgrade the hostel.
