super clean everyday and the staff is extremely friendly and caring. there is a simple breakfast buffet everyday, and it's in a very quiet area of town. there is a bus stop on the street and the tram stop is a few meters away. also there is free parking on the property. the location is very far from the city center (which we knew, and was one of the reasons we booked this place) but i can imagine this is a no-go for other travelers who want to be in the center of turin. also, the heating is centralized and couldn't be changed for the room. it was too warm for us and we had to keep the window throughout the night and it would be very noisy sometimes early in the morning when the garbage truck comes by or morning traffic is building up.

We stayed only one night at the Gaida but it was really nice and everyone was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was outstanding! The pillows were wonderful and everything was clean! Wish we could have stayed another night! Thank you!
