Best Western Plus Hotel Genova

Jacopo, Leonardo and Alessandro are exceptional receptionists. They are always ready to answer your questions, with a smile and great knowledge. The breakfast is very rich and varied, and the breakfast room is spotless. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the city centre, and all the main tourist attractions are within a 20-minute walk. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved a little, especially the tops of the wardrobes, window frames, cobwebs behind the curtains, and the headboard of the bed. In particular, the exposed wooden beams should be dusted more often to highlight their beauty.

Being situated directly opposite the train station, it provides seamless access to the city center and major landmarks—just a few minutes’ walk away. Our room was a true delight, featuring soaring high ceilings adorned with a breathtakingly beautiful painting. The vintage shutters with intricate stained-glass windows added a charming touch, and every detail was impeccably maintained in excellent working condition. The modern-style furniture perfectly complemented the historic ambiance, creating a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a diverse selection of delicious options to start the day. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, and the fast Wi-Fi ensured a hassle-free connection throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers seeking a unique, well-preserved, and conveniently located place to stay.

The Best Western is the guarantee of good quality. Everything was fine: staff, comfort, cleanness, parking, breakfast.

We had a lovely weeks stay here in Turin as hotel especially comfortable and thanks for the room upgrade. Next to train station and few minutes walk to shops and of course plentiful bars and restaurants. Not far from most of the historical attractions by walking. Room exceptionally comfortable and clean and quiet, and only slight noise of trams if facing the road, but nothing too disturbing. Aircon works well and easy to alter if required. A shout out to all the staff, courteous and helpful. Breakfast is your standard for these type of hotels , but everything fresh and replenished quickly. Staff very efficient and friendly and cheerful which is appreciated.

Staff were very friendly, location was excellent, breakfast buffet was good, room was clean, gym looked great Room was small and sparse, I did not like that you couldnt access the pool without paying for the spa, this was a disappointment

Reception staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and simply fantastic. Hotel location and parking is perfect. We had the apartment which was excellent, the beds comforatable but the pillows were possibly the best I have ever slept on in a hotel.

Close to the train station for getting around and with all the local shops close by it’s a great job to see the city from.
