The location I asked about the pool , I was told that it was closed . In first room the air conditioning was broken . They gave me a second room and then cut off the air conditioning during the night claiming I should have told them I wanted it on all night . I left a day earlier ..

The hotel is charming with nice rooms and friendly staff. It is very near to the Po and has some nice restaurants nearby. My door card reader was broken, so I had to use a normal key. The wifi was very slow and kept dropping out. I needed to do some work on Sunday and it was down for the whole day. Also the pool was closed.

As I said, everything was clean but I would not expect such a strong detergent smell in the room entering the room after the cleaning. Less is sometimes more.

Location good easy to reach. Difficulty parking The TV in the room was showing broken images on all channels. At 10 pm thereception did not answer to several calls. Breakfast skimpy.

AC wasn't working, swimming pool was closed, staff wasn't friendly/helpful. Also they charged 20 euros per day for the parking spot.
