Hotel was in a good location. Bed was very big and comfortable. Breakfast is as you would expect, Continental, very nice. Staff super friendly. Met expectations. Shower was Amazing. Nothing.. All Good

The hotel is located right in the city center and is a great starting point for visiting all the sights. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The breakfast is excellent. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was remarkably good with the ability to order additional items. We interacted with several staff members especially the night desk clerks, all of them were responsive, kind, and helpful. Located in a pedestrian area it was a short walk to the Museum of Egyptology and a bit further on the Palace and gardens. All of this and a 2 minute walk to the Porto Nuovo train station. The windows were higher on the wall and didn't offer a view. There was scaffolding up around the outside of the building which made walking down the block more awkward - a minor and temporary issue.

We also loved the robes and slippers provided. AC seemed to turn off in the middle of the night. Room was cool but then warmed up overnight.
