I liked that there was a Starbucks in the lobby. The design of the place looks good. The hallways are unique. It's a sleek, futuristic look. It had a nice clean bathroom that I liked. The shower had plenty of water pressure which is a big plus. The room had comfortable beds and pillows. It also had a refrigerator. There was no microwave in the room OR by the ice machine. No microwave was incredibly disappointing. I got some good food from a restaurant in the casino but wasn't able to eat it all... the next morning I searched for the microwave but the staff told me there was not one :( I had to eat my leftovers cold. Now, for some reason, there was an awful smell in the hallways.. it was like a wet dog smell, very unpleasant. Okay

Property is run down from a few years ago. No air in hallway leading to rooms. Stench of cigarette smoke or vape throughout hotel hallways. Second night of stay someone set off fire alarm at 2 am. I would never stay at thus property even if room was complimentary.

I liked the Casino. We gambled until 12:30am and then went to room to sleep. After sleeping 45 minutes someone apparently pulled the fire alarm. An announcement asked us to exit. We. Followed another group of people down the steps and exited the building. However we were in some area that was fenced off, and when the fire alarm was turned off, the doors instantly all locked. We were locked out of the building at 2am in the morning for nearly an hour. The staff was very rude and said it was our fault because we exited the building in the wrong place as if knowing the “right area” to exit a building that may be on fire is a concern of anyone’s. We were so upset with their lack of care that we packed up and left at 2:30am and drove 4 1/2 hours home on 45 minutes of sleep. We had no faith that they even checked rather or not a fire had happened based on the way they handled letting us in the building. My dad was in the lobby when it happened and went to management after we called him and explained how we exited the building and that we couldn’t get in, and they acted like he was lying, and said their is no way anyone is locked out. It took 40 minutes and numerous conversations with management for them to look for us. I paint nearly $700 for 2 rooms for 1 night, and they didnt even offer a discount, nor the possibility of a discounted room in the future for our trouble. That from a casino hotel that often give people comped rooms for gambling. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed the hotel. Didn’t even bother me that I lost a ton gambling. I would’ve gladly went back again and again, but after that experience, I’ll never go back to Horshoe, Tunica again. I’m not spiteful, I would’ve gladly went visit any of their other properties in the future, but not the property in Tunica, MS.
