Xscape Tulum

There were water issues with the shower and toilet flush.

- pool was nice but could use a touch up.where there is noticeable discoloration / staining. - the patio door key ? easily gets stuck and is difficult to remove when locking it. - the kitchen/ lv room could have better lighting like under lights below the shelves. - the reception staff could be more fluent in English for guests who do not speak Spanish. Very minor improvements. We loved it! Great setup for the cost! We will be back again! Satisfied guests!

THE BATHROOM IS ALSO BIG AND CONFORTABLE. THIS IS OUR FIVE OR SIX TIME THERE, BECAUSE IS GOOD LOCATED. THAT THE DOOR OF THE BATH WAS KIND OF OLD. THE DOOR MAKE MUCH NOICE BECAUSE OF THE MATERIALS ARE ROSTED. THAT THE PERSON IN CHARCHE DIDNT GIVE US THE PILLOW WE WANTED.

We spend an fabulous stay! Fantastic breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Really nice yard/pool and staff very friendly.

The room was spacious, had a nice balcony. There's a lot of space in the inner garden at the pool The pool did not have any stairs, it was hard to get out. The room didn't have any insect netting at the window.

Loved the grounds, the open environment, the room was quite large, and comfortable bed. Two water bottles in the room on arrival/check-in. The private pool in front of the room was not really usable. Curtains did not close to block out light yet bed had surrounded covering that was pulled to block out lamp-light at night. Limited access to full personal water container.

Bed was floppy and uncomfortable. The Pool had no hand rail and that made it unusable.

The room was huge! It had a lovely patio with beautiful chairs overlooking the courtyard. It had toiletries. We ate breakfast at the restaurant that is a part of Xscape Tulum, and several dinners. All were very tasty! The staff were amazing - very helpful and solicitous of our enjoyment of the hotel and the area. Well done, we would definitley stay there again. The ONLY thing that could have been better is not the fault of Xscape Tulum. The GPS consistently took us to a spot a block away, around a corner. Not sure why? We had to ask a number of people on the street/in a restaurant where it was. We were glad to find it, but it was frustrating after a long day, to have problems finding it. Definitely worth the effort, though!

The grounds are very clean and and atmosphere was soothing. They had a great sushi restaurant and a bar on the grounds. The rooms were simple but clean and accommodating. The staff was great including the restaurant and bar staff I would definitely stay again great place especially for the money.

Beautiful, peaceful and calm with a fantastic restaurant and pool area. Loved the friendly cats. I liked having the kitchenette in the studio. It had everything I needed for a 5 day stay. Have to cross a busy road to get to sidewalk, but otherwise pretty good location close to town and nearby restaurants.

We loved it. A bit of scraping noise from upstairs in the night...but that was guests' fault.

I had an awesome experience in this hotel!

The noise of the water pump. The barking next door dog. The 3 am rave party.. Having to cook with 1 pan and one pot. The kitchen was a joke.

I like to stay here whenever I go to tulum I like everything

The secondary bed (for our third person) was uncomfortable. You could feel the frame's metal bars through the mattress.

Loved my stay at Xscape Tulum! Clean, beautiful & clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Great location and perfect for relaxing after exploring Tulum. Would definitely stay here again! N/A

As a solo female traveler I felt very safe here. The staff was so kind, helpful and quick to respond if you needed anything. The rooms are super nice and pristine clean! They have a really great restaurant with different menus and the food is great. The hotel is within walking distance to many supermarkets and restaurants. They even helped me with my Spanish, love these guys!! I will definitely return! There was nothing that I did not like

Nothing bad to say, but an advice to the hotel is to update the photos of the rooms, because the photos isn't fair since the room looks much better in real life than in the photos so we was happily surprised! ?
