We liked everything.

The location. I love exploring cities on foot and Tulum is just not that tipe of city. I had to take the car to go anywhere.

The pool and garden where very nice

Great value, incredibly nice and helpful staff, good breakfast. Nice pool. It was in a weird neighborhood kind of far away from everything. The beds were not super comfortable and there was not many outlets there.

Great location and aesthetically pleasing. Kids enjoyed the pool. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but our a/c didn’t work in the kitchen/living/bathroom area of our biggest room (sleeps 6) and the staff person who checked it out stated it was actually stuck on heating mode. When contacted @ 11pm (we arrived around 10pm and waited an hour to see if the a/c would cool) management was less than helpful stating they would service it in the morning. We practically had to beg for a different room. Thankfully they provided another king size bed room “at no cost,” although the bathroom in that one looked to be under maintenance (toilet seat on the floor and loose screws on the sink). Overall not the comfort or customer service we expected.

Staff was very friendly, the pool was very relaxing. Everything you needed was in the kitchen.

Our stay at Villas H2O in Tulum was wonderful. The hotel is beautifully designed and offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Located in a tranquil area of Tulum and close to the ADO bus station, it provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being conveniently close to all the attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The lush garden and the inviting pool area were available for relaxation, even though we didn’t have the chance to use them. The staff at Villas H2O were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Nadia and Juan Carlos. They were very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations, making our trip even more enjoyable. Although we only stayed one night before our flight home, it was perfect. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. There were not many options, and everything seemed left to our own guess. If we didn’t ask, we didn’t get what we needed. The food often tasted soggy and warm, which was not ideal given the hot weather. This is an area the hotel could certainly improve on to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this minor setback, we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Tulum.

The “American” breakfast.

We came here for a bachelorette party. The staff went above and beyond when a girl came down with sickness. The breakfast was delicious with the sweetest staff. Also had a security guard every night to insure the safety of patrons. It is located on a nice quiet street but close enough to all the main areas of downtown. Would suggest this place to anyone and will stay again!

The staff - Emanuel and Juan Carlos - are extremely friendly and helpful. The winning pool is also a plus and I would definitely recommend the hotel to other friends. Taking the stairs with the luggage wasn’t very nice (not much to do regarding this, but still important to mention). Also, the location is in middle of very dirty and ugly streets.

Good value for money, food was absolutely delicious and all the amenities were very nice. It was a very pleasant stay and we all enjoyed this villa. I highly recommend this place. Everything was good

I want to elevate the ratings of this hotel. we stayed in several hotels during our trip and this was the best one… it had everything, breakfast was nice, swimming was super nice, with a car you can easily access everything… nothing fancy, but all we wanted!

We needed somewhere to stay for one night while passing through Tulum and chose Villas H2O based on reviews describing its quiet location and cleanliness. We would choose this hotel again. The receptionists were very helpful in arranging our transfer to the airport, the room was spacious, clean and quiet yet close to what the center of town has to offer.

Beautiful! The room was clean and the staff was always nice and helpful. Perfect for a leisure day but the pool or going around town since they are many good restaurants in walking distance nearby. If I had to choose one thing - the soap in the bathroom did not work well. But that's it, everything else was perfect and better than I expected!

Clean, beautiful and, spacious room with a safe, fridge and balcony overlooking the pool. Tea and water for free 24h/7 at the common area next to the pool, where also the breakfast is served. Breakfast was good and included coffee/tea, fresh fruit, cereals, toast with yam, freaky made eggs of your choice (boiled, omelette, etc) and fresh pancakes. Car can be parked outside of the complex directly next to the building. The staff was always super friendly, helpful and professional. When we arrived in the next hotel we realized that we forgot something there and they arranged a DHL express delivery for us. Awesome service! Thank you, Juan Carlos, and your team for the great experience. The only thing we did not like was that the fridge in the room made some sound. During the day no problem but during the night it can disturb the sleep. We didn't need the fridge so no issue for us.
