Toilet didn’t work well, breakfast was meager and tables not clean

I had to move 2 rooms to find a room with hot water. And even then it wasn’t that hot.

It was in ce real Tulum. We were within walking distance from so many places. We rented a car though which was our best options to do everything we planned. Strabon had free parking and cameras to ensure our car was safe. Not their fault but it rained before we got there so the mud and the potholes were a little rough.

The layout of the property was so tropical and lively. Absolutely loved it! The location is also a good one, close to tourist spots. The complimentary breakfast is not much but their bread toast and jam are delicious. Homemade jam for sure.

The room was spacious for a typical hotel room. Nice appointments. Music was bothersome until 10pm.

Exceptional attention from the staff. Very friendly and attentive. :) One thing that really needs improvement is the breakfast.

The location is off an dirt road and not particularly easy to find. The hotel once inside seem to have been an abandoned suiting that is being renovated room by room. The toilet would stop working, the shower would leak water, and take long to get hot.

Conveniently located in La Veleta, very clean, lovely and helpful staff, very good value for money! Everything as expected

We stayed here for 7 nights; The property well positioned in a little area surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. The staff made us feel like family - special shout out to Miguel how helped us with recommendations and everything we asked, and Edgar who would let me practice Spanish with so much patience :)

The best hotel we had in Mexico (out of 5). Really nice staff, nice breakfast, beautiful room and perfect room service. Nice pool, terrace, basically everything. It is better to have car to get to the beach or through the city. I definitely do not recommend to use the gas station close to the hotel. They are robbing tourists. But in hotel was everything perfect :)

Rooms were great… front desk staff was very helpful! The surrounding area around the property … mixture of nice properties like Strabon next to VERY poor neighborhoods.

Old pics of the property - they should have had the plants cut back The vegetation had to be cut back- hard to reach the room with all the leaves of the Areca palms in the way - mosquitos everywhere. The bathroom sink and counter had been broken and the mirror was covered in with black mold spots. The walls were moldy and the room smelled musky to say the least - the room was very dark. The breakfast was very poor.
