N/A The receptionist were cold on the check-in/out, I asked some information about the ruins and they provided inaccurate and lack of information, it made me lost my day knowing something else in the city, it was very disappointing. They also mentioned there is some fruit and coffee as courtesy from 7am, but I woke up with time and find none

Room was okay and While most of the hotel was empty and the whole second floor where I was at was completely empty (doors were left opened) The room they gave me was very small and very dark and just a little window. .. However the bathroom was nice and clean. AC was nice but once off we could fell musty smell. No elevator so you have to pull your suitcase without help into the 2nd floor. Location was okay but a bit far from Main Street

The stuff is really helpful, I got a problem with my car they organised everything to help me. I can only recommended that place to stay. Amazing people ?

The roof top space The rooms without windows (very small window in front of other rooms) - so no day light. Very noisy, the walls like from paper. The toilet desk was broken. The shower wasn’t work ing good, no hot water . No parking :(

It looks good from the outside Dirty sheets, water smelled bad, air conditioning was broken and the WiFi connection was TERRIBLE.

The staff was really nice, the wifi was working well and the rooftop terrace was very pleasant. There has been one really BAD negative point during our stay and was the incredible humidity in the room. Our room only had a window facing a small close area, so there was no air circulating and from the first minute it felt claustrophobic, the air was heavy, without oxygen and smell really bad humidity from the toilet. Every morning we woke up with our skin feeling oily and all our clothes now smell bad, they are all humid. Please add some kind of deumidification to the rooms or something to make the air run, cause even with the AC on the air was smelling bad all the time.

Great location-walking distance from ADO bus terminal, restaurants & shops. Only 2 blocks away from collectivo to go to beach Pool was shallow but deep enough to get wet. Pool towels would have been great

It was clean and furnished in a contemporary way. Large modern bathroom, and compactfridge were appreciated as were the screens on the windows. The room Was large and the balcony overlooking the street offered insight into local life. The negative for us was the smell in the bathroom which most likely emanated from the sewage or drain pipes. The noise from barking dogs at night was tiresome but beyond the control of the hotel staff obviously.

The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the touristic avenue, close to a local market. The rooftop pool is perfect to chill and relax. Drinking water was provided free of charge. The reception opened for us in the middle of the night without any problem. Overall it was quite good for the price. The checkin process was more painful than necessary, because it wasn't fully clear how and when the stay was going to be charged, except for a text message. The beds were quite small, and I am far from being a giant. Soap was provided but it was minimal.
