The doors doesn't close properly latches broken , toilet doesnt flush properly

Excellent location. The ADO bus terminal is right across the street (though you have to walk around to access the terminal). Laundry, water refilling, food and fresh fruit available closeby. Friendly staff, free water refills and tea/coffee. No electrical point near to bed stand (it's behind the chest of drawers) and the light switch to the room is located across from the door so be careful if you come in when it's dark.

Poor customer service from older gentlemen at the front desk. Only get one towel. No early check even when they put your luggage in the room. Wear and tear of hotel ..needs some TLC.

The property was clean, great location to the street and the ADO, and we were welcomed warmly. Staff friendly and willing to assist. Pool was nice to cool down in. The rooms had everything that we needed and if the there were any issues with the hot water, the staff attended to it promptly. Would stay there again Sometimes the hot water ceased.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location, excellent service. The son of the owner was very helpful, as we dont speak / understand Spanish.. he translated for us.
