Good location, close to everything Dirty and run down. Not able to use pool either as it was not maintained. Furniture needs to be replaced and the bathroom were not scrubbed and had a lot of stains. Kitchen was not fully stocked either

The apartment could use some maintenance. Just small details. Plus, you can't have guests, so I wouldn't recommend it if you want to party in Tulum. But it would be great for a couple or family.

- Along the strip of establishment for tourists, lots of local food stalls, walking distance to bus terminal and supermarkets, even to Tulum Ruins on foot ? - Spacious, tidy, good air-conditioning room with big windows overlooking the street, cabinets for storage, safe box, comfort firm mattress - WiFi with fast internet connection, smart TV - Decent kitchenette (full size fridge + freezer, microwave oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, blender, utensils, cooking set) - Roof top pool, relax area with barbeque pit ? and panoramic view of surrounding - Very welcoming, attentive host Luis, and service staffs ?? - The cooking pan in the cabinet has layers of oil stains and rust (it's clean now ? but still with little rust) - Kitchen sink too small for dish and pan washing - Kitchen paper towel would be nice - Pool needs maintenance, broken tanning chair

Luis was always attentive and proactive in addressing our needs, resolving issues, and handling any inconveniences that arose We encountered some issues with the locks and shower, but the staff addressed them promptly and efficiently.

Large, nicely decorated, clen room with a sealing area, a table and a small (but sufficient) kitchenet. It is not close to the beach but in a central location within easy walking to restaurants and shops.

The pool was nice. The room was fine.

Spacious room, modern, decent kitchen. Reception staff very kind, responsive, accommodating, friendly. Very noisy! Right next door to a carwash with loud, high-pitched vacuums starting very early and going late into the night. Also the nice rooftop pool had no shade, making it unbearably hot. And the room was not carefully cleaned prior to my arrival: microwave and dishes were not clean, floor as well.
