Wyndham Tucson Airport Hotel & Conference Center

The hotel was HOT! According to a thermostat in the hallway it was 86 degrees, indoors! The pool was closed. Only one side door and the main entrance are functioning so if you have a room at the farthest end of the property like I did be prepared to hike it in the swampy hallways. The room only had 2 accessible outlets and they were the ones in the bathroom and on the bedside table lamp. The shower curtain REEKED to the point I felt I smelled bad AFTER getting out of the shower. The parking lot was littered with rotten oranges and used condoms. There are plenty of other hotels to stay on this street, choose any of those instead!

There was no warm water to shower. I had to wait 20 minutes to get help on arrival because there was nobody at reception. For breakfast there was no staff on the floor so we couldn’t let them know that they were out of milk, waffle batter, cream. Very limited options

The only problem we had is that someone was trying to open our room door at 12:30 am and yelling in the hallway. I was too afraid to say anything or even move.

There was no AC working hot water was not available most of the time in the rooms. The breakfast was not kept clean no AC , and massive amount of marijuana smoke was in the hallways and coming through under the door of room!

Our AC at the house went out so we were trying to cool off and rent a hotel. We found the Wyndham and thought to ourselves. Wow this looks really nice in the pictures and Breakfast was included so it seemed like a good deal for the price. Much to our surprise as soon as we walk in the building, the inside of the building was just as hot as the inside of our house with no AC all the hallways and all of the rooms that were open to the public did not have running AC. In our room we were able to control the temperature so it was nice in the room . The Breakfast we were expecting was terrible. There were three hot entrées, available chorizo and eggs, scrambled eggs and sausage with tater tots. Everything look like it was sitting in water. The milk gallon in the fridge was crusty and my husband went for the waffles and his first bite tasted sour, like the milk they had used was no good. Needless to say we will not be staying there again. We will pay the extra money to stay somewhere a little more accommodating.

This experience was the worst I've ever had in my life. The suite next door 215 was a constant loud disturbance. Many people in one room for a time, yelling swearing arguing all night. The "B" word and "N" word. Banging loud music that sounded like it was on speaker phone. I called the front desk he did not answer until 352a I had to call the reservation desk to get the main number. I had 1hr sleep because they were up all night. The desk staff went there at 4a and they didn't answer the door so he left then I heard their phone ring. After that they had loud sex and I couldn't take it anymore I left at 715a. The hotel rooms are dirty& outdated, hairs were all in the tub, sink filthy and furniture had film of dirt. The walls plastered in some areas. Worst hotel experience. Im writing the corporate office. Score would be a minus if I could. See above there is NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS POORLY KEPT HOTEL. I ALSO ASK FOR A 1ST FLOOR ARRIVED AT 330P AND THE CLERK SAID MY REQUEST IS DENIED I ASK WHY HE COULDN'T ACCOMMODATE ME SINCE I am 70y and have a disability. He said there's no rooms on the first floor. This was a safety issue because all night I called every number including the front desk I kept it ringing as I played on the bed. I would have went to another hotel but it was storming a monsoon came through. That hotel needs torn down, rebuilt with entirely new staff. I will also be writing the better business bureau they should be rated an FF. I itched all night there were rumors granules in the bed so I played a towel down to sleep and put sweats on.

Not enough towels for the guest only a set for one person in a 2 person room. Hallways smell moldy with mildew. Dead roaches in corners of room. Room temperature hot even wit the A/c on . Breakfast room you could see small roaches walking on the wall and counter where the food was. Morning service didn't even speak to you ,orange juice watered down waffal mix watered down.

The AC was not in working condition, we were not told. The room and hallway was so hot. It took a few hours to cool down and we sat there and sweat.

This is a really nice hotel that is a little run down in places, but is really nice overall. The beds and room are great, and the bathrooms are clean and work well. I got a great deal on my stay here and would definitely return.

There was no hot water on the nights we stayed had to call the front desk and the clerk told us each night that he dad to reset the water heater because it needed to be serviced. There was never an adequate amount of towels in the room. Needed new toilet

The hot water was never on except when I had to ask, there were insects in the restroom, and it was kinda crappy

It was my first terrible hotel experience: no hot water, water only drizzled from shower head, no working light in bathroom, bugs flying about and crawling in bathroom, hallways & lobby extremely hot, room AC struggling & very noisy and not cooling room, pool closed: I went to front desk and checked out. She gave me her name and number for booking to call to confirm the issues they were having in hopes of my getting a refund! Staff was genuinely sorry for the issues they have been having with the plumbing!

The first room we were given had a dirty bathroom, hair on the linens, and a bad smell. We were moved to another room, but it was only slightly better and still far from clean. We ended up buying paper towels, Febreze, and all-purpose disinfectant just to make it tolerable. We really don't know why we stayed. We were exhausted and stressed, I guess, but we definitely regret not leaving and finding another hotel. There's no denying—you get what you pay for.

Let me start off by saying, I am a wyndom member! I use to stay at this hotel as a get away staycation all the time. I do not know what changed! Me being a loyal customer I should have never gotten the treatment I did going here! If I could rate this hotel lower I would! Staff rude! So called manager rude!! This hotel has nothing but an infestation of roaches! When someone checks into their room and find out they’re issues in the room with roaches & dirty mess going on taking it to management the first thing he should of done was move my room instead he wants to argue about the situation! Unexpectable!!!
