Asked 3 times to get the room cleaned and never happened. Got stuck on the elevator. This was an extremely uncomfortable experience

The pool was great for traveling with kids. Nice restaurants were close by. The place was clean and having a bar inside was a great amenity.

Excellent staff, super clean, good food, quiet. 10/10 would stay again. Booking.com sold me a free breakfast but the hotel said they do not do free breakfast. The hotel staff were very kind and gave us one free breakfast both mornings.

Now, having said that, the room was spacious and well maintained with comfortable beds and pillows. The parking lot was a little difficult to maneuver around and there are actually two different hotels in the same building, which was a little different. Overall we had a decent stay.

The bathroom side buttons did not work, floors had a little debris on it, overall, my stay and staff were pleasant!! Will be back next visit!

Lady at the counter wasn’t very friendly. Seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder or just having a bad day. No microwave in the room because they said they are health focused. I’m not sure how a microwave is “unhealthy”. The rooms are pretty nice but the blinds/shades in the room didn’t function very well.
