The front desk person who check us in. Absolutely nothing else My room was dirty, in horrible condition and directly on a main railroad track so the train sounded the horn almost every hour all night long. Also I was very uncomfortable as it appears to be a rental unit for druggies and there was pot smoking in the parking lot when we drove in. As a result of the horrible environment and sleeping areas, my brother, who had the second room for my reservation, we did not stay the 2nd night we paid for, consequently loosing our money. I have stayed at many Motel 6 locations and never stayed at one that’s so bad

NOTHING!!! This was booked for a disabled friend, she stayed several weeks because she was desperate for a place to stay. She was treated very poorly as was i when I called to pay for 2 nights for her. The Staff was horrible!!

Staff were very friendly, but the room was not clean. Had pet kibble/fur on the floor from the previous guest and the shower was very dirty.

Great price, water pressure was great, but had bed bugs and gave me two towel for four people and wall a are paper thin and key constantly disconnected.

Always clean & comfotable. Near bus line, shopping & restaurants. Being on the second floor. I am mobility compromised. The bathroom sink backed up. It wouldn't drain.

Upon check in I was informed there was no AC at all ! I informed them that was unacceptable and found another hotel to stay at!

What I did not like about the property is the management was just not accommodating. I had just had a surgery and I was traveling back home and I had to stay the night in Portland I asked him if I could exit the premises at a later time than the normal checkout, and he was just rude about the whole thing. Extremely rude, and he lied and said checkout was at 1030 when it is at 11
