Very conveniently located to trains/buses and sites, very comfortable and roomy rooms, excellent bfast and helpful/friendly staff. This hotel makes a great option for a stay in Trieste.

Check in was great very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit tired but comfortable. As a four star the breakfast was terrible. From flies flying all over the food and nothing covered. Girl behind the bar on her phone and the one waiter trying to clear tables and set up. Nothing was clean so had to wait and ask for glasses for juice and culture.

Breakfast OK, staff all friendly and helpful. Great position if you want to se something of Trieste. Really handy for everything, was quote pleasant surprise. Don't overlook it if you were staying a few nights. Our room was very spacious and had little balcony - perfect! Having a bar, this would made it special. The lift was small so could be a wait. Overall this did not spoil our stay.

The front of house staff members exceptional My only complaint was in the room there was a slight smell like there had been someone smoking but that’s not uncommon in Italy .
