Приветливый персонал, вкусный завтрак. Фотографии отеля сильно отличаются от реальности. У нас был номер, который требует ремонта и тщательной уборки. Плесень и в ванной и в комнате по углам, взбухшая мебель, грязь, чьи-то ушные палочки у кровати, старый весь запятнанный ковер, прожженное покрывало, сильный запах сигарет.

The rooms are great - spacious with good furniture. Heating with the air conditioning seemed just fine in December-January, it's not noisy at all. There is a small parking lot behind the hotel. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, we asked for some corn flakes for our child and the guy from the reception went to the store to buy some. Excellent service.

In October 2025, I have stayed 3 nights in Pelit Park Hotel in Trabzon. Overall, my experience has been very positive. 1) The personnel is extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful. People here do speak English very well. Also online, communication has run very smoothly. Answers were being provided really fast and possible misunderstandings were already being avoided beforehand. A special word of thanks goes to Yahya and particularly to Platin Saleha! These bright young staff members are very professional and highly attentive. 2) The breakfast is a very strong point. There is a wide choice of tasty food. Yet, the best parts of the breakfast are the various home-made hot items prepared by elderly women. These delicious dishes made from very fresh products are really excellent! Furthermore, the view (Black Sea and Trabzon itself on the hill) from the breakfast room is fantastic. 3) The location is very practical and good. Trabzon airport is reachable within 15 minutes by taxi for reasonable prices. Trabzon bus station for e.g., long-range buses is even closer. Besides, practically before the hotel entrance, there is a minibus stop. From here, you can go directly to the city centre of Trabzon. Various eateries and cafes are also within walking distance of the hotel, especially as the university quarter is nearby. The neighbourhood of the hotel is safe and this holds for the evening hours too. 4) The room in which I have stayed was nice. The bed was very comfortable and during the night, it was quiet outside. In the bathroom, hot water was always available. Air conditioning worked very well. It was also very handy that a fridge was present in the room and free tea and coffee were provided. Cleanliness of the hotel was being ensured by the staff in a very decent manner. I am highly satisfied with my stay in Pelit Park Hotel in Trabzon. Therefore, I can definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers. Happy new year and keep up the good work in 2026 and beyond! Nothing.

I was looking for a hotel in the center of Kutaisi for a long time. I finally chose this hotel. I was extremely satisfied. I am glad that I came to you and rested with my family. The hotel is located in a very good location. You are not even 100 meters away from the city center. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very friendly and most importantly, the environment is very clean. recommend 100%
